Shancai is in their bedroom, making sure that she had packed everything she would need for their family dinner outside the mansion.

Lian, now 2 years old, still requires a lot of things.

A bottle of warm milk, wet wipes, towels, change of clothes and many more...

Shancai smiled at the idea, that when she had Fai as a baby, she didn't really experience the trouble of carrying or preparing a big bag full of baby things. Her mother, DongZhangLi was the person in charge of this and her job was just to make sure they had enough money to survive the month.

Marriage with DaomingSi made her a full-time mother.

When LiAn was born, she had experience waking up during wee hours to tend to her. Though, AhSi had always been a reliable baby-sitter, there were nights that her husband had to be away on business and she would be the only one to put their children to sleep.

AhSi and she had made a pact that they would only asked for their maids help, if both of them were sick or if she became pregnant again and AhSi is away.

She laughed at the last thought. Getting pregnant right now is at the least thing she would wish for. She loves her children to death, but caring for a moody 2-year old makes her want to wish LiAn could just grow up fast and jump to 5 years old. And to add Fai, who is now curious about everything, is just the icing on top.

AhSi was against this idea at first, but she explained that Fai had grown up being put to bed by his mother or grandparents. Shancai doesn't want to cut this tradition and wants LiAn to experience this kind of family love as well.

AhSi agreed at the end.

Now, going back at present time, Shancai checked her baby bag one last time and nodded confidently. "Okay, all set!" She picked up the bag and exits the room.

"MAMA!!!"

Shancai turned to look at the owner of the voice and saw her very energetic daughter running towards her.

She smiled and immediately placed the baby bag on the floor. She faced her daughter and opened her arms to catch the toddler. "Ooops!" She exclaimed and locked the little girl in her arms.

She noticed her older child running towards them, followed by her childish husband.

AhSi stopped and gently pinched her daughter's pink cheek. "My princess can run faster now!"

Fai pouted and crossed his arms. "It's unfair!"

Shancai's brows rose in amusement and looked down at her son. "And why do you say so, young man?" She asked in her motherly voice.

Fai pouted harder and brought his arms down. "I'm wearing shoes, mama!" He complained.

Shancai let out a chuckle and nodded her head. "Oh, yeah ~" She leaned down and placed a kiss on Fai's forehead. "Poor Fai, but baby we need you to look good." She explained.

AhSi smiled and ruffled Fai's thick hair. "That's right, son. We're meeting a very important person today."

Fai's frown faded and curiously approached his father, grabbing his hands and started swaying it back and forth. "Who? Who papa? Who?"
