AhSi was standing in the middle of the room facing his friends sitting on their respective couches. His ever lovely wife was next to him with her hands clasped behind her back with a too sweet smile for F3s sanity.
The Daoming Power couple was staring straight at Ximen and Meizuo's eyes which are starting to cause uncomfortability for the two. Lei, the ever calm member of the group was just sitting on his chair returning the couple's stare with his usual cool gaze.
They had been in the said position for about five minutes.
Meizuo was the first to speak. "Did you just say what I think you said?" He asked in utter disbelief.
Shancai nodded while her husband flashed him with double thumbs up.
The Daoming newest Matriach smiled wider. "Don't worry. I'm sure this would be easy. I mean--" Looking at Ximen. "--you're usually smart--" Looking at Meizuo. "--you love kids--" Looking at Lei. "--and you adore my children." She announced. "What's a single weekend but a piece of cake for you three."
Ximen cleared his throat and met Shancai's eyes. "Shancai, I understand that you perceive us good guardians for your children but I'm afraid that this job might be not too good for us." He reasoned.
Shancai let out a knowing smile. Oh, how easy it would be to manipulate the great Yan Ximen. "Really, Ximen?" She started. "But I heard from XiaoYu that she has finally decided to give you a child--um...is this incorrect?"
