the creepy teacher and the fight

Nico's pov

a few days go by and the day comes when we have to meet our teachers. so, since my dad is a god and my mom.. yeah (Y/N)'s dad had to write in the papers from the school, me as his son. so i guess the principal thinks we're brother and sisters. hopefully i'll tell Bianca about this. i haven't seen her in a while since the last time I went to the underworld.

as (Y/N) and i exit the limbo and walk up into the office, all the kids started starring at us.. some girls were winking and blowing kisses at me, but i just ignored them and started to look for Percy.

"hey guys. whats up?" i heard Percy's voice and turned around. of course i saw him and so did (Y/N).

"hey Percy. did you get your schedule yet?" asked (Y/N)

"yeah, i got it right here." he said. and i saw him pull out a green folded up paper.

i took it and unfolded it. and i saw all the classes he had and what time they were teaching.

"lets see...Mr Barnett for first period..Mrs Ochoa for second...Oh.. Greek mythology is second period." (Y/N) says.

"yeah i know. hopefully i get to see you guys there. i don't wanna end up being the only guy who knows about Greek. Nico i'm looking at you." said Percy.

"yeah yeah i know. you want me to be in the same class as you. but you're older then i am. im only in ninth grade. same as (Y/N)."

"oh yeah you're right. then i guess we might have electives together."

"hopefully" (Y/N) said.

"yeah. Nico remember what we talked about." Percy says

"i know. I told (Y/N) about it already."

"i'll be fine you guys. i can handle myself." (Y/N) says. but then her face went from relaxing to panic. She looked behind her, i fallowed her gaze and saw a group of cheerleaders giggling and whispering to each other while they're glancing at us.

(Y/N) sighed and turned back to us with a sad expression.

"i might need backup every once in a while.. but i'll be fine."

"why? do you know those girls? Percy ask as he takes his schedule back from me.

"well..kinda.. look just make sure you protect yourself too alright? high school is completely different from... from fighting monsters." he whispered that last part, probably to keep our self secret.

"yeah i know. me picking fights with anyone who messes with me. or any of my friends. if someone messes with you then tell me. i'll show them a beating."

(Y/N) smiled at his statement, i was about to look up to see Percy's expression but an announcement when on through the whole school.

"attention everyone, anyone who has not gotten their schedule, please report to the front office." the announcement went off and a lot of people started walking in one direction

"well, that's our cue. guess we better go." (Y/N) and I say our goodbyes and we walk off.

as we walk through the crowd, we tried not to get separated since there was a lot of people. but something happened that i didn't expect, (Y/N) held my hand. "H-Hey" i stutter out. "sorry, but i have to, so we wont get separated." she said calmly, but as we started to get closer to the office, (Y/N) trips and lets go of my hand. i helped her up, but after i did, i looked up and saw the same girls from earlier laughing. "oops" one of them said. she laughed and so did the rest of her friends and walked off.
