Reorgger's World

I get P.O.ed at Lars for awakening me from my dream. I dreamt that Jessica had come back after finding out the tragic fate of her lover, but it was just a dream. So chances are he's still alive and I'm alone with this goofy robot; or at least until we meet this Martin guy. Kind of a selfish dream I thought as I took my seat by the controls.

Once we get Close to the orbit of Reorgger's planet, I ordered Lars to: "Detach us from the Endurance's Centro docking station." I then safely pilot the Ranger into the atmosphere, and Lars even said I kept my cool. However, that all changed once we entered the atmosphere; for one thing apparently we had to make descent in an ice storm.
As we neared the beacon, we had to cross a "narrow sea." Another thing it was dark outside.

Even before we got to the beacon, Lars and I pulled up on the throttle.  We then exchanged, caused us to go off course nearly crashing into a thicket of trees, we managed to avoid the tall trees by pulling up on the throttles. However we flipped the Ranger into a bog and I cursed in frustration. We decided to wait until the next day before we try and flip our upside down Ranger right side up.

When I got out of the Ranger I fell on my backside in the slippery bog; then I looked to Lars I and said "I got a bad feeling about this planet." Lars pointed out that the planet did have trees, but I told him that I was keeping my helmet on.

I tried to walk to the shore towards the Reorgger's landing spot, but my foot sank; so once again I fell. Good thing I kept my helmet on because this time I face planted in the mud. Lars asked me if I needed to be carried. My ego was tough so naturally I said no, but that was when I slipped again. So Lars decided to carry me like a baby and so I figured I may as well act like one.

Lars put me down once reached solid ground. We walked through the thicket of trees toward Reorgger's base. We opened the hatch to Reorgger's landing pod and go inside. I decided that I would wait until morning to wake Reorgger.

The next day I opened Reorgger's tank and after Reorgger coughed up water he looked at me startled. I tell him to relax because I wasn't sure how long he had been in cryogenic sleep. I then asked him to tell me about his planet and he told me that he saw sign of intelligent life.

That was when I realized that the Ranger was still upside down in a bog. So I told Reorgger that I needed to borrow his robot to help Lars flip the Ranger. Reorgger asked how I managed to flip and I told him we overshot his beacon. At first I couldn't remember why we missed the beacon but then I remembered it was because I saw a castle. When I told him this he said; "You see I told you this planet has signs of intelligent life." The next thing I said was: "Let's go flip the Ranger."

I waded into the bog with Lars and Lance the robot that accompanied Reorgger. It wasn't too long before I was reminded how slick it was. This time instead of being carried like a baby I leaned on Lars and Lance as they sort of dragged me across the bog to the Ranger.

We decided to have Lars and Lance hold the front of the Ranger while I fire up the engines from the cockpit. This was to ensure that the Ranger's nose was elevated when I fired up the engines. We successfully landed the Ranger just off the point where Reorgger's pod was on the closer to the sea.

After re-landing the Ranger I went to Reorgger's landing pod to discuss plans for exploration. He said that the planet was habitual but a long winter had fallen upon it, which meant probably had a different orbit from our earth. He also said that this planet had some sign of intelligent life, which I noticed to and caused me to flip the Ranger into the bog.

Reorgger said he saw actual people living on this newly discovered world of ours. I suggested we try and contact there leader, which based on the structures that we saw would be either a queen or a king.

The castles led us to believe that this world was like 15th century England. Martin then asked me if I knew about the prime derivative. I told him that I new about the prime directive from Star Trek. He told me that it was basically the same thing and that I shouldn't violate it. I didn't agree with him because we weren't just exploring new planets; we were looking for a new home planet.

I told this to Martin but he continued by saying: "Leave them alone; We've gotten this far, farther then any human in history." I was getting annoyed with this "prime directive" lecture and so I immediately said "Yeah well not far enough; I'm going." He then said "I can't let you do this; you are violating the prime derivative." That was when I pointed to my commander's patch and said; "Overruled buddy."

As I was walking towards the Ranger, Reorgger came out and said; "You should probably take a robot." "Lars, you're with me" I said. Lars willingly followed me since he was programmed to obey my commands. The nearest castle was on a island and so I decided I would fly the Ranger there.

As I was flying across water, Lars noticed that I was a little annoyed and told me to ease up on the throttle. I did so and glanced out the window to see how close were to the castle. We were going too fast and so I pulled up on the throttle to slow down the Ranger. 

This time I safely landed the Ranger in shallow water and as I walked out I saw fisherman looking at me. There was a knight on the dock waiting for me. This startled me a little bit at first but then I remembered that had about a seven century head start. There was a knight waiting for me on the dock as I walked to it with Lars to the dock.

I climbed up on to the dock and asked the one of the fishermen who is in-charged here. He said; "Daenerys Targaryen." I told him I needed to speak with her and I noticed it started snowing so it was a good thing I kept my space suit. I then saw a girl dressed in armor. The girl said her name was Arya of house Stark. I told her I was from the stars and that was when she took me inside the castle.

A knight opened the gate for us and we walked into the throne room where the queen was. I was awestruck because the queen was so beautiful. She reminded me of my wife. I then remembered my mission and so I tried to explain to the queen what I needed.

Queen Daenerys asked me where I was from and I pointed up. When I did that the room went silent and everyone was looking at me. Then the queen broke the silence by saying "You've traveled a long journey; I'll have one of my servants prepare a bath for you and then you could join us for dinner."

I was given a bath by one of the queen's servants. Then I had dinner with the queen. Over dinner I went into more detail of my request of the queen. I told her that our people are pacifists. She said she would think over my request. After dinner we went to bed.

The next day the queen asked me what could I offer in return. I told her that we could teach her and her people things. I asked her if she ever heard of electricity and she said no. She said something to one of her assistants then she told me that she thought I was the Crone. I wasn't sure what she was talking about, when I told her that you fly on flying ships.

Now everyone thinks that I am the Crone and they want me to stay and help them. I told them I wouldn't fight in their battles;  no thanks been there done that. Of course they would probably have horses for me to ride instead of fighter jets.
