Chapter 9

"ALISON IS ALIVE, I AM SO SURE SHE IS," Hoseok said, stuffing popcorn in his mouth. You couldn't pay attention to the show. You were just laughing.

Laughing at the fact of how damn serious he was in this show.

Hoseok found a spare blanket and was wrapped in it, eating popcorn from his own separate bag, as you were as well. He was so into the show, it was hilarious. It reminded you of the first time you watched Pretty Little Liars with Yuna. It was such a magical time, and you both had the same reaction as Hoseok.

If felt relaxing, and a feeling of pure bliss and joy. Still bursting in laughter, Hoseok looked at you.

"Am I wrong?" he challenged.

"I won't tell you," you said through laughs and gasps for air.

"You're so mean," Hoseok said pouting. Two seconds later, he immersed himself back into the television, and your laughing died down a bit.

But little did you know, Hoseok was also dying inside a bit.

HOSEOK POV:

Her laughter. It's all I hear. Focusing on the interesting TV show, of course, I focused on her laughter.

She didn't know she had such sweet laughter. Laughter filled with joy, happiness, and other synonyms for happy.

It's a feeling full of happiness that fills me up. A feeling of joy that fills me up. So many feelings of happiness that just make me happy.

Why? It was the unquestionable fact that deep down inside, I loved her. Something Jin hyung realized before me. Something Jimin and Jungkook promised to. It was the feeling of love that triggered the feeling of happiness inside of me.

Engaging myself in the show, again, and watching a couple more episodes, I found a sick Y/N asleep on my shoulders. The urging feeling of me kissing her forehead was rising inside of me, but I let it be.

Slowly lifting her head up, and setting it on her pillow, I started cleaning up her room a bit. Grabbing the popcorn bags and the tray with an empty bowl and spoon, I tip-toed downstairs. Cleaning around a little more, I grabbed my phone to open the stupid group chat her friends started.

Soyeon: Hey friends!

Namjoon: Are you guys doing anything today?

Minnie: Is Hoseok still looking after Y/N?

Seokjin: Yeah, he hasn't come home yet.

Soyeon: !!!?

Yoongi: He said he wasn't yesterday.

Yoongi: Don't you know this?

Minnie: Miyeon unnie told us that she sent Hoseok instead of one of us. That's it.

Jungkook: I mean-

Jungkook: We all know about Y/N and Hoseok right?

Tae: Yeah

Soyeon: Yes!

Minnie: Of course :)

Seokjin: It's really obvious.
