And out. It's relaxing, isn't it? This is normal for you to feel. It's a natural feeling, this relaxation. It's overflowing those overwhelming cracks and crevices in your mind. It seems your mind slows down to a crawl to the words I speak. Isn't that right?

I'm sure it is. There's no doubting you're starting to feel like you're drifting. It's getting closer to a trance for sure. If you feel tired, that is completely natural. Trance is a vegetative state like sleeping almost. Now, to deepen you into the trance itself, I'll be counting down. Think of it like an elevator. We'll start at the top floor, and work our walk towards the first floor. It's so simple, isn't it?

10... Feel your descent start.

9... Just let your body grow heavy.

8... It's okay to accept your arms and legs laying limp, as long as you can read this.

7... Just feel your eyes start to droop.

6... Feel your mind start to run its thoughts in slow motion.

5... You can't help but sink into your seat.

4... It feels so good to just relax.

3... You're falling deeper by the second.

2... You don't want to wake up from it just yet.

1... Just feel yourself fall into a wonderful trance.

Now, as it is one of your first trances, one method of deepening is exiting and re-entering the trance. For this trance, or any other trance of mine after this, whenever I say drop, you'll fall back down into this state.

I'll count you up now, and we'll see how deep you'll be when I trance you again.
