This is a hypnotic fantasy on a journey to a hot spring. Please enjoy.

I'd like you to get yourself nice and comfortable, preferably sitting or laying down. Can you do that for me?

Excellent. Now as you sit or lay there, start to relax. Focus on your breathing. Watch the relaxation flow in as you inhale... And watch your tensions flow out as you exhale. Your mind starts to fade inch by inch in this tranquility, your thoughts quieting for just a moment. It doesn't hurt to quiet your mind, does it?

You can just let your body sync with this peace, and you can feel a sort of tingling sensation start to form in your feet. You can feel it creep upwards. It isn't in any way uncomfortable, quite the opposite. Now, as you relax, I'd like you to do something for you. I'd like you to stick out a hand. It doesn't matter which. I'd like you to have the palm facing upward. Can you do that for me?

Very good. Now as you have this hand out, I'd like you to imagine something for me. Imagine that this hand is carrying a ball. But there's something special with this ball; this ball, the more you hold it, will slowly grow heavier and heavier. Whatever you do, you mustn't drop it. It might shatter once you drop it. We wouldn't want it to fall now, would we?

Very good. Now, do tell me, as I continue to speak... How heavy is it? Pretty heavy? As expected. Now, wouldn't it feel nicer to just let go of this ball, to let it roll into my hands so your worries wouldn't be concentrated into this ball?

Very good. Now, just feel me reach out and grab the ball from your hand. That's it, relax your hand. You can feel the relaxation surge once again, as if a wave washed upon you. Now, I'll count down from 3 to 1, and when I do, you'll sink into a wonderful trance.

3... That's it, relaxing beautifully deep.

2... Your state of mind is very pliable to my words.

1... Just drop for me. Now what if I told you I also dropped the ball? The ball doesn't matter anymore though. Your mind is very open, very calm, very receptive to my suggestions. There's no denying that your mind is fairly deep in trance. I would, however, like you to imagine something else for me.

Imagine for me that you're walking in a forest. With the shining canopies above your head, you're left in a daze. You keep walking with twigs and leaves at your feet. Then, out of nowhere, comes a rabbit. This rabbit, with fur as brown as the trees around it, starts to hop its way down the path you are taking. You can vividly see this rabbit going down the path. You decide to follow it, intrigued of what may lie on the end of the path. Soon, you've noticed a bit of humidity in the air. Yes, it is beginning to become very humid in this forest. This makes you more curious, and you venture forward still. As I count down from 10 to 1, you'll get closer and closer to your destination that you are so curious about. You do want to see what lies down the path, don't you?

10... The rustling leaves soothe your mind more.

9... The rabbit seems to get hazier and hazier as it races along the trail.

8... Deeper and deeper...

7... Further and further...

6... Picking up the pace slightly...

5... You notice a pond in the distance...

4... No, it doesn't look to be a pond exactly, but it's water nonetheless.

3... Whatever it is, you're closer to it now.

2... So close...

1... Drop deeper. You're finally at the end of the trail. In your sights, you see a body of water with a forest shine. Yes, it seems to be quite a relaxing place to be from looks alone. You graze your finger along the surface of the water and notice a warmth to it. You decide to fall into this pond. You quickly remove anything that would prevent the water from touching your skin, and stick your toes into the water. It sends a nice sensation, a tingling, almost a warm numbness. You sink your feet further in, and your feet are wonderfully warm. As you submerge more of your body in this water, your mind submerges more with it. Soon your legs and waist are covered by this water, this hot spring almost. You decide to fall deeper into the hot spring and your stomach and chest are soon covered by the warmth of these waters. You close your eyes, dozing off into this warm serenity. The water reaches your shoulders now, and stops right at the start of your neck. It feels so good to be under these warm waters, doesn't it?

I'm sure it feels amazing. Feel yourself slow down in this water, becoming like the waves of the ocean as you breathe in...

And out. Your mind is completely quiet at the moment, and your body is the same. You can't help but feel at peace in this hot spring. You enjoy this feeling so much. The sensations of the water flowing within your mind and body just feel so wonderful, don't they?

Now, soon I'll count up from 1 to 5 and you'll awaken with a wonderfully relaxed mind and perhaps a bit of warmth in your body. The memories of this moment will also remain.
