Acknowledgment

It is not until someone leaves,
That you notice they is gone.

It is not until someone leaves,
That you start looking for them.

It is not until someone leaves,
That you realise their importance.

It is not until someone leave,
That you finally acknowledge them.

But being acknowledged was all they wanted.

It is not until someone leaves,
That you get to know it's too late.
