"Where's Reese?" Ms Thatcher asked confused at her sister's absents.
"I don't know," Cora nodded, making note to ask Danny in music appreciation.
The next class couldn't come fast enough. As soon as Danny entered, Cora asked her to meet her in the hall.
"Where's Reese?" Cora asked, Danny sighed annoyed at this question. A lot of Reese's tutoring kids, project partners, and other kids out of curiosity, had asked.
"She's sick, she was sick all weekend," Danny told her. Apparently Reese's body wasn't reacting well to her pain medication and the Doctor said she'd probably be better off staying home for the week she is sick.
"She never gets sick," it was true, her sister was never sick and always came to school.
"Well now she is," Danny stated.

Reese was alone and bored, also crutch bound, she would despise that goat forever. The meds for her leg made her sick and cloudy, she wanted to pull pranks, but her head wasn't letting her.
She must of dozed off because when she woke a cool hand was on her forehead. It felt good and numbing.
"Hey Chica, you feeling any better?" Peter must have came on his break. She shook her head, she still felt bad and wanted relief.
"Sorry but it's time to take another pill," she glared at the offending pill before sitting up, with help, and taking it.
"I hate these," Reese groaned like a child. Peter chuckled and hugged her.
"Well the Doc says you'll probably feel better enough tomorrow to leave the room. By Friday you'll feel better and get to do some of your normal things," Peter comforted. Reese nodded, still a bit mopey and wanting to go do stuff.

By Friday Reese felt way better and wanting to catch up. All of the make up work was done, she was able to walk without crutches, and at least go out to the barn and do some chores.
"Well look who's finally out of bed!" Danny cheered. Reese laughed and high fived Elliott.
"What I miss?" Reese asked. Her leg ached a bit, but the doctor said she'd feel that was she got used to walking around.
Elliott pulled out the clip board they kept with their business on it.
"Sydney hasn't been hit in a week, the football team and soccer team cashed in their favor cards, someone called Danny Japanese take out, and Mrs Taylor has an earful for you," Elliott told her.
"God everything piles up when you leave," Reese jokes as they walk to class.
"Well it's no fun when all you told us to do was set these," Danny showed the picture of the dye pack. "Everywhere."
"Well you better have planted them away from your seats," Reese warned. She did a graceful 180 and the three walked to class, Reese was right where she belonged, between her friends and smiling at how scared everyone looked.
Nothing really happened till the last hour, Mrs Taylor's biology class. She gave Reese an earful of course for reading a head and picking a subject for her project already.
"Sorry Mrs Taylor, guess I got  bored after finishing everything," She smirked, fiddling with the small trigger in her pocket. Mrs Taylor looked annoyed and walked away.

(Sorry Guys. I have not been writing much and my excuse is Reese being sick. Sorry I kind of lied about updating.)
