Things that Hamilton and Lafayette have in common because I was thinking about it and holy shit:
-Both orphans
-Their moms died when they were twelve haha fuck
-They were 19 years old when they entered the U.S.
-Immigrants!
-They were completely loyal to Washington, and saw him as a father figure(Lafayette a lot more than Hamilton, though)
-Both strongly against slavery
-They more than likely weren't straight, considering they were friends with Laurens AND that Laf, Herc, and John were literally called the 'Gay trio'
-Fluent in French
-Aggressively cared about America
-Deadly as fuck if they needed to be
-They both had one older brother and that's it (Michel de Lafayette and James Hamilton)
-Their first kid was a boy (Georges Washington de Lafayette and Philip Hamilton)
-They also named their first kid after their father figure :3 (Washington and Philip Schuyler)
