Turtle had been chatting with Anenome. She was only wearing one bracelet, the pink one that matched her scales. It was the only one she wore most of the time now. It was the one that she had Sat with Qibli for hours to word the spell that went on it. It protected her soul, from magic and the fealing of invincibility and superiority the the magic gave, too. It also was enchanted so she couldn't do anything that changed dragons against their will, or anything selfish. Turle had the same enchantment on his arm band.
You would think that the empty holes in his armband would make him feel empty, but for him, it was quite the opposite. It made him think of his friends, who made him feel anything but empty. That made him think about Winter, who had been zapped back to the ice kingdom. He wondered if he was coming back. Just then he felt a cold breeze, and realized that could only mean IceWing.
"Turtle?" Came Winters voice.
Turtle spun around, and he couldn't hold back his smile.
"I-I thought you weren't coming back" he stuttered.
"Well, that's not fair." Winter pointed out. "I got zapped to the ice kingdom, not by choice, and then every one thinks I left? Oh by the way do you have any idea how that happened? I have a feeling"
"Umm, I - well, it wasn't supposed to be you. It was just supposed to be the rest of the IceWings, we messed up. I messed up. I'm sorry"
"So it was you. Ha. Thought so."
"Wait wait wait wait," Qibli interjected, looking at Turtle. "It was me who messed up. Not you, not anyone else, just me. I'm sorry, Winter"
Now Winter looked confused.
"OK, sorry I asked" Winter said.
"Wait" Kinkajou said, sounding confused. "Where did Moon go?"
