Qibli had been talking to Moon. They were talking about Winter, and if he would come back. Qibli wasn't sure. He normally would think so, but now, he wasn't sure. He didn't like not being sure, it desturbed him. And that was why he had been so happy when he saw Winter flying in that evening.
Qibli almost shouted with glee, but instead he bit his tounge and went for a sneak attack.
As the IceWing flew in, he snuck around untill he was behind him, and lept in the air. Qibli tackled him and Winter screamed.
Qibli giggled.
"It's me, Qibli!" Qibli let go, and Winter was able to right himself just before crashing.
Winter frowned, but Qibli could see Winter was happy to see see him.
Suddenly Kinkajou materialized next to Qibli, and he jumped.
Winter growled.
"Can anyone not jump out and surprise me when greeting me?"
"You came back!" Qibli said, smiling.
"Of course he did. I knew he would" Kinkajou said, beaming.
"Winter?" Came a voice behind Qibli, and by the way Winter was staring, it wasn't even probably Moon. It was definitely Moon. Winter blinked, wiping off the lovestruck expression.
"Moon. Hello. How are you?"
Kinkajou giggled so hard Qibli had to help her up, and he almost took her to the infermery.
Moon was looking at her with a confused expression, and Winter looked irritated.
Kinkajou looked at Moon, and then saw Winter's expression, and nearly fell over laughing again.
"Stop! Do you even want them to be together?" Qibli whispered.
Kinkajou and Qibli had made a pact, because two people couldn't love Moon, according to Kinkajou. So if Qibli let Moon and Winter be together, she would help he find someone else, and tell Turtle she loved him. That was the main reason he'd agreed to it, he wanted to see that. And he could still secretly like Moon.
"Where's Turtle?" Winter asked, clearly trying to brake the tension.
Oh. Interesting. Winter is usually the one to make the tension, not break it.
"I saw him in the prey center, with Anemone, just a bit ago" Kinkajou said, sitting up abruptly.
Qibli rolled his eye's at Winter, who rolled his back.
Maybe the fight at jade mountain changed him. I think he really sees us as his friend. Awsome.
