"Gameknight, wait!" Herobrine yelled, trying to tug out of his hold. "You can't go there."

Gameknight stopped, looking back at him as if to say, "why not?"

"Look, the girl you're trying to get- she hates me. And she loves you, AND she thinks you love her. What is she going to say when she sees us together? She's gonna think I'm trying to kill you?"

Gameknight looked down at the ground guility. He shook his head, grabbing his hand again, and continuing to run forward.

Herobrine sighed exasperatedly, following Gameknight nonetheless. Maybe Hunter will be able to help us, he thought. She does know Gameknight very well.

When Gameknight reached the cave, he stopped. He had no way to call Hunter's name... he clapped twice. Loudly. Then he started stomping on the ground.

"Gameknight, you okay?" asked Herobrine. "What are you doing?!"

Gameknight shot him a look, and then proceeded to take his shoe off and throw it into a cluster of bushes randomly. Herobrine snorted at how funny it was to him.

"Ow!" someone exclaimed. A head of vibrant red hair peeked up from in the bushes. Gameknight jumped up happily, running over to the girl and waving.

"Gameknight!" Hunter exclaimed. "Oh, my God, you're alright! I was so worried about you!"

She stood up, running over to Gameknight and hugging him.

"How did you get here?" she asked him. "I thought Herobrine had kidnapped you! I didn't even think you-" She bit her lip. "Alive."

Gameknight shook his head, pointing behind him. He motioned for Herobrine to walk over. The Virus took a breath, then did. Very slowly.

Hunter gasped. "You!" she snarled. "How dare you kidnap him!! Who do you think you are, just waltzing up to him and taking him away?! Why I oughta-"

Gameknight shook his head, grabbing Hunter's arm.

"What are you doing, Gameknight?" Hunter asked.

He let go of Hunter's arm, then grabbed Herobrine's with both hands. Herobrine blushed, both embarrassed and flustered.

"Can somebody PLEASE tell me what's happening?!" Hunter exclaimed.

"Okay..." Herobrine said. "Look, Hunter. I know you hate me. I know I've tried to kill Gameknight before. But... here's the thing. You know what Stockholm Syndrome is, right?"

Hunter nodded slowly.

"Well... Gameknight kinda developed an extreme case of it when I had him kidnapped. To be fair I kinda started it," he added in a whisper. "So now... well, I don't really wanna say Gameknight and I are dating, because we've technically never gone on a date, but... the point is we're together."

Hunter froze, then gagged. "What. The. Hell."

Gameknight giggled. He nodded, then nuzzled into Herobrine's neck, proving their point.

"This is ridiculous," Hunter said. "Why in the name of the Oracle? Are you really that charming, Herobrine?"

Herobrine shrugged. "I don't know. Gameknight seems to think so."

Both of them stared at the boy, who had legit starting purring. Hunter smiled. "Sigh. You're a lucky person, Herobrine. I wanted him."

Herobrine shrugged. "Listen, Hunter. We really need your help with something... can you give me a hand?"

Hunter scoffed. "Ha! You stole my man. There's no way I'm helping you. Never. Ever. Nuh-uh."

"Please, Hunter," Herobrine said. "It's for Gameknight. He's getting hurt, and I don't know why or how to fix it. Please help me out. It's only just this once."

Hunter sighed. "Fine. I'll help you. Now, what's the problem?"

"Well... as you can probably see, Gameknight's really obsessed with me. But whenever he tries to show any sort of affection to me, he gets really hurt."

Hunter bit her lip. "Demonstrate."

Herobrine nodded. "Gameknight, um... kiss my neck."

The boy cooed happily, doing so and then moaning out in pain.

Hunter bit her lip, kneeling down on the ground. "Where does it hurt?" she asked.

"His heart," Herobrine replied. "I talked with Entity303 about it earlier, and he said that it may be because the universe doesn't want him to love me. I don't understand why, thought, or how to fix it..." He sniffled. "I don't want him to be hurt."

Hunter smiled at the Virus. "Well, there's got to be something I can do to help you guys. Let me see..." She felt along Gameknight's chest, feeling his heartbeat. "Hold up. Gameknight, do something disgusting to Herobrine again."

Gameknight nodded. He licked the side of Herobrine's arm affectionately, and moaned again.

"Hold on!" Hunter said. "Do that again. I think I'm picking something up here." Once he did so, Hunter nodded. "Okay. I know what it is."

"What is it?" Herobrine asked hopefully, pulling Gameknight flush against him.

"His heart... it's like it stops beating whenever he does something like that to you," said Hunter. "I don't understand why, though, but that's definitely what happens."

Herobrine looked down at Gameknight. "Is he going to be alright? You know, staying with me?"

Hunter thought for a moment, then sighed. "Yes, he'll be safer. The monsters- they've started this huge war against us. At least that's what people have been saying. I know the monsters are mostly on your side. If you tell them all that he's with you now, then yes, he'll definitely be better off staying with you."

"Well, that's good to hear." Herobrine smiled at her. "You're welcome to come back with us. I know you're probably going to miss him."

Hunter laughed. "Thanks, but... I have to stay here. I need to look after my sister. I don't honestly trust her on her own with all of the monsters around us. Besides, she'll be worried about me. But that's very... kind of you to offer."

"Well, feel free to come and visit us anytime," Herobrine said, picking Gameknight up into his arms.

"Thank you." Hunter nodded her head. "I'm awfully sorry I couldn't help the two of you more."

"It's no problem," said Herobrine untruthfully. He was still worried about Gameknight. "See you later, I suppose?"

"Yes, of course," Hunter said, shaking hands with Herobrine. "What do you say we propose a truce? Just for now. Since we're both taking care of the User-that-is-not-a-User."

"Truce, then," Herobrine replied. "See you, Hunter."
