It was a long night after that. Gameknight was tired from looking around all day. He was extremely sad that no one could help him. He would never be able to fully love Herobrine, all because of his heart.

Meanwhile, Herobrine was just as emotional- he felt bad for his young lover. Poor boy, he thought. It's my fault he can't love me.

"I'm sorry," the Virus said.

Gameknight shook his head, as if saying, don't be sorry.

"I don't deserve your love," said Herobrine. "Please... don't love me, it's a waste."

Gameknight smiled, shaking his head. He leaned in and kissed Herobrine on the nose.

The Virus's eyes widened, then he smiled as well. "Aww... you are so cute!"

The boy giggled, wrapping his right arm around Herobrine's waist, while his left hand traveled underneath his shirt and rested on his chest. Gameknight giggled again, lying on top of the older, leaning over and licking the inside of his ear.

Herobrine chuckled. "Aw, you like being on top, don't you, cutie?"

Gameknight nodded. He leaned against the Virus and sighed.

"Hey... are you scared?" asked Herobrine.

The boy nodded.

"...it's okay," said Herobrine. "I got you." Then, he remembered a song he'd heard on YouTube in his early days of Internet exploring. Taking a deep breath, he started to sing-

The second someone mentioned you were all alone
I feel the trouble coursing through your veins
Now I know
It's got a hold

Just a phone call left unanswered had me sparking up
These cigarettes won't stop me wondering where you are
Don't let go
Keep ahold

If you look into the distance there's a house upon the hill
Guiding like a lighthouse, it's a place where you'll be safe to feel our grace
'Cause we've all made mistakes
If you've lost your way

I will leave a light on
I will leave a light on
I will leave a light on
I will leave a light on

Tell me what's been happening, what's been on your mind
Lately you've been searching for a darker place to hide
That's alright

But if you carry on abusing, you'll be robbed from us
I refuse to lose another friend to drugs
Just come home
Don't let go

If you look into the distance there's a house upon the hill
Guiding like a lighthouse, it's a place where you'll be safe to feel our grace
'Cause we all make mistakes
If you've lost your way

I will leave a light on
I will leave a light on
I will leave a light on
I will leave a light on

If you look into the distance there's a house upon the hill
Guiding like a lighthouse, it's a place where you'll be safe to feel our grace
If you lost your way

If you lost your way

And I know it's really hard now, but I need you to be brave
Hiding from the truth but I'll make this all okay, I see your pain
If you lost your way
If you lost your way

I will leave a light on
I will leave a light on

'Cause I will leave a light on

Herobrine hadn't even noticed that he had started crying. But by the time he was finished singing, he was in tears, sobbing into Gameknight's hair.

Gameknight hugged Herobrine as tightly as reality could fathom. Pain flared up inside him and coursed through him, but the boy didn't care.

"I'm sorry," Herobrine cried. "I'm so sorry I couldn't help you. It's my fault, it's all my fault."

Gameknight stared into his white eyes, sitting in the Virus's lap. Herobrine put his arms around the boy's waist. "I'm sorry," he whispered.

Gameknight shook his head, smiling. Then, he did something that neither of them would have ever expected from him.

He leaned in and kissed Herobrine.

End Of Part One.

I'm going to go sob in a corner now.

Not to brag or anything... but I think that was beautiful.
