Miles was nervous to say the least.
A million thoughts ran through his head about his classes. What if you're not in his classes?
What if you were but you already had friends in that class?
What if you pretend to not know him just to embarrass him?
Miles let out a shaky breathe as he reached his first class. He opened the door, and to his disappointment you weren't in that class.
He walked in, and sat down by the window. He looked around nervously at all the unfamiliar faces.
Finally the teacher walked in and began the lecture. Miles wasn't as confused as he thought he was going to be.
It was hard yes, but tolerable.
For now.

Through out the first half of his day Miles had acquired a plethora of books.
So many that they didn't fit in his bag. They ended up stacking onto of his desk in a giant mount.
It was hard to carry them around for the whole day. That's for sure. He was often late to his classes.
Each and every class he would attend the teacher would ask a question, and as Miles worked it out the rest of the class would raise their hand instantly.
He was intimidated by how easily they knew these answers. Each time this happened the more he wanted to just drop out of this school.
Right now he was currently in one of his classes trying to keep up with the teachers fast paced writing. Finally the bell rang and every kid got out if their seats and went out the door.
As for Miles he was trying to write down the last few sentences of his notes. Once he had finished jotting them down he quickly stood up, and slung his bag over his shoulders.
He took his stack of books in his hands and jogged out the door. He pulled out his schedule and tried to find his classroom.
He wondered the halls in circles until the bell finally rang. He let out a frustrated sigh, but continued to look for his class. Once he found it he stood in front of the door slightly nervous.
He was really late should he even walk in?
With one final boost of confidence Miles opened the door. The lights were off as a projection played a documentary. With the door opened a large amount of light flooded the class which caught everyones attention. All the kids turned their heads to the door, and this caused Miles to freeze.
He stared back slightly scared. He swallowed thickly, and shrunk down behind his books.
He crouched down, and walked passed the screen trying not to attract attention.
