Appearance:
Despite him & Neito being twin brothers, Fukei seemed to have taken all the growth spurt & shot passed his brother's height (which is 5"7ft). He seems to have a heart of glass with his calm & kind nature though he likes his hair styled in an undercut (my brother has an undercut), very masculine with a single small hooped earring in his right ear. Since his quirk needs his eyes to work, he keeps his eyes closed 24/7, unless he's at home & not outside, though sometimes when something catches his interest he does open one eye to see.
Personality:
The more kinder twin, has a heart of glass but knows when to become an asshole when needed. Has been silent ever since he was a kid, making socializing a lot harder so he struggles to make friends unless he's the one being approached, but since that barely happens he's become a mute, not even his family has heard his voice in years. Has the meanest glare you'd ever see but the sweetest smile, almost like a devil disguising himself as an angel, but he really is a sweetheart.
Quirk: Copy
Similar to his brother, but far more better. Unlike Neito, he needs to use his eyes to copy the quirk, which is why he has his eyes constantly closed. He doesn't necessarily need to see to move around, no, he found a different way to see! But enough of that! By witnessing someone use their quirk, but also hearing the name & how its used, Fukei is able to copy the quirk & use it however he likes. He also has to remember it, if not, the quirk will forever be lost & he won't ever be able to use it unless he witnesses it in action again. Another thing is when he uses the quirk he gains a few features of the user, so for example, if he copies Todoroki's, red & white will slowly appear on his hair as his eyes will match Todoroki's as well.
Advantages:
- he could have a wide range of quirks - has an unlimited amount of time - can use multiple at a time
Disadvantages:
- needs to focus on the different quirks - has the know the exact name & a perfect description of the quirk - gets a headache if overused - sometimes the new features aren't so nice

Neito is a handsome young man with slick blond hair, which gets shorter the further down his head it goes, styled so that it's parted to the left, his bangs left hanging over his right eye. His irises are a purplish-blue, his pupils white & his eyes are shaped so that they're slanting downwards towards the far sides of his face, usually left half-closed, this, along with his signature smirk & head tilt, giving him a rather contemptuous look.
Personality: (also, copied from the wiki, but i'll add a few things)
Neito is shown to be calm, collected & intelligent. Among Class 1-B's students, he's the most fervent about wanting to topple Class 1-A's popularity. He can also be disagreeable, sarcastic & vocal when around the rivalling class. Has a strong dislike to class 1-a but he will make an exception for his brother. Loves him with his dear heart but hates it when people compare the two, how he's better, how he's more suited to be a hero rather than, even though its been his dream...! Despite all that, he still hasn't lost his love for his brother.
