We stand in a massive hallway, much bigger than any I'd ever been in before. 2 full sized houses could fit in here and there'd be room to spare. Let's just say it was big as hell.
"Have you two ever been here?"
"Yeah, dozens of times." Mario answers with a shrug, turning to look at his brother. I look at Luigi as well, waiting for a response.
Luigi had an oddly spaced out look on his face and most likely hadn't heard what I'd asked him. I glanced at Mario who was staring intently at his brother as if that alone would snap him out of his daze. I cleared my throat and snapped my fingers in front of his face.
"Wh-what?" Luigi asks, a new shade of uncomfortable taking over his features. He was visibly tensed up about something.
"I asked if you'd ever been here..." I repeat, glancing at Mario who looked as concerned as I felt. This wasn't normal behavior for him to see in his brother I assumed.
"Ah..." He let out a breath before speaking, "One time, with Mario, and another without him." He looked to the side when he said the last part.
"Without me? Why would you be here witho-" Mario starts, an accusatory look on his face, only stopping when I raise my hand up to stop him from speaking.
"This isn't the time, we've got to go and meet the princess." I sigh, turning around to head to the main throne room. "Bicker if you'd like, I'm leaving."
"Ah-, no, we're coming!"

We're led to a grand throne room, one bigger than even the one I'd seen in the Ice castle. There, looking quite uncomfortable might I add, sat the princess of this Kingdom, Princess Peach herself.
I looked back at the guy to see if they were freaking out as much I was but they both looked indifferent. They had met her before hadn't they? Right. The shock had to wear off after some time right?
I looked back at the Princess who hadn't seemed to notice us yet. She was expecting us, wasn't she? She looked nervous, as if something was wrong. A toad, presumably a guard, cleared his scratchy throat to catch her attention.
She snapped her head towards our direction, lips parting a bit as she looked.
"Ah, you're all here, that's great!," She stood, "You're probably wondering why I called you here."
I nod, after all I was just a random citizen of another kingdom. Being called upon by someone who wasn't even your ruler was a very odd and unexpected thing. There wasn't anything particularity extraordinary about me so why was I need here?
"Well, it's because...," She looked down, sighing before looking up again, "The world is in danger and I need your help."

I'm almost 16 now and writing a story about Mario characters falling in love with me is a weird concept now.
The only reason why I wrote another part was because me and a friend were making fun of Wattpad and I was like "Oh shit, I have a story with 6 thousand reads from when I was 12."
