"Emmmmmmmma, why can't you?" Then she said, "I'll make a deal with you Ill either make you a homecoming dress or a prom dress, you make your decision". "But it only takes you like a week to make a dress." "Yea but like $300". "I, Chloe Frey have made my decision, I will pay you $50 each dress, AND give you my ice-cream sandwich every day"
I waited for a few minutes then she finally said: "You have a deal". I got up and started doing flips on the grass because I was so excited. I got down and told her the dress I wanted: Pastel pink, with diamonds, no pearls and...
"Um hello my name is Kassidy I just moved in next door and I just wanted to say Hi". Emma got up and said "Hello my name is Emma and this is Chloe, what grade are you in" Then Kassidy said "I am going into 10th grade" I barged in and said, "OMG so are we, where did you move from". She then said quickly "New Orleans". Oh my god no way, why did you move here then, were in the middle of nowhere, she said "My mom got moved up here for her job"
Then Emma being the perfect angel she is said "tomorrow you can walk with us to school tomorrow if you want" Kassidy said "sure" then we all exchanged numbers, she left and it was just me and Emma again.
Emma, what were you thinking? "I don't understand". You want to know how important our friendship is and you just let some stranger barge into our life, really? "Look the girl has no friends tomorrow she will meet a few people and then be best friends with them and we won't be in her point of view, I was just being nice, ok." Ok
Emma left an hour ago and I was in my room. I have a weird feeling about this girl, I think she is going to think we are now like best friends because we talked to her so I decided to text Emma:
Chloe started a text with Emma
Chloe: Hey Em do you have a weird feeling about Kassidy
Emma: No Chlo you're just being over dramatic
Chloe: hey
Emma: sorry just think you think she is really just going to barge in someone's friendship
Chloe: Not really, but maybe
Emma: we were besties since the 1st-grade chill
Chloe: ok Em thx <3
Emma: No problem <3
