The Concert Pt.1

*Recap*

im walking to my locker when suddenly i hear my name being yelled from the other end of the hall so i turn around and see Jessica waving

Soon before i can wave back shes already infront of me talking "So i was able to get you into the V.I.P area of the show maybe i could get your number to tell you the address" she says confidently.

*Present Time*

"So what do you say Layla?" she questions me while holding her phone out waiting for me to exchange mine

"Sure let me just grab my phone" i said while reaching into one of the sections of my Galaxy school bag

"Huh i never noticed you like Galaxy?" she questioned while i was grabbing my phone

"Yea, here you go" i said handing her my phone she tapped in her number with the contact name of "Jess" for short

"Ill send you the details during lunch" she said giving me a wide smile showing all her perfect teeth

"yea ill see you then" i said walking to my next class

*Later That Day*

Im currently getting ready for Jess concert im not to worried about it but my thoughts are trying to figure out if she asked me out of not

I walked into the kitchen to see where my mom was but she was no where in sight so i called her phone "you have reached the voice ma-" i cut it off before it finished

instead of trying to reach my father i wrote a note set it on the kitchen table and went to my room to get ready for tonight

*20 minutes later*

After a nice hot 20 minute shower i began to get ready i was having trouble trying to get the perfect casual look because most of my clothes are name brand and grown's for charity events

after a few seconds of looking i sneak into my mother closet and search for some things like tops and jeans i found the perfect outfit

as i walked to my room i heard the workers talking in one of the guest rooms

"I don't know how her father could treat her like that shes just a girl" the worker names Jasmine said talking to what seems to be Francesca

"shes probably going through a phase to make her parents made you seen the not she left on the table talking about a concert" she replies

"So you agree with her father that her feeling for girls are wrong and she shouldn't have them?" she questions

"I do think so he was right aft-" i slammed the door open stopping her from replying and i start to speak to Francesca

"You are dismissed my parents will her about your opinions and if your lucky youll get to keep working here"

"B...B...But miss i didn't mean what i was saying it was wrong for me to say that what i meant wa-" she says trying to save herself but i knew exactly what she really meant

"i don't want to hear it get out or security will take you out for trespassing" i said with a cold tone of voice and walking to my room shutting the door and sliding down it holding back tears

I text the name "Jess" in my phone explaining how sorry i am for not going to be able to make it so instead i ask her to meet up at the cafe by school

"Awh can you please try i really want you to be there" she replies instantly making me smile

"do you really want me there like truly want me there with you" i sent back to her"

"Yes i truly want you to see me play maybe u can join me up on stage too"she replies so i took a risk for happiness and replied with "ill see you when i get there"

I stood up got dressed went to the garage and tried to pick out something to drive to the concert venue so i picked something to go with my outfit i picked the dark red x75 Hurricane and drove off into the night.
