*Recap*

I see her running to the V.I.P area smile so wide it could break her cheek bones

"That was so fun I can't wait til the next show!" She says with lots of excitement

"You were amazing out there" I say congratulating her

"So I'm gonna be in the city for a while and I was hoping to get to know you better" she said to me

*Present Time*

Its been almost a week since the concert Jessica has planned the getting to know me day for Friday. I'm nervous about that day i have never had feeling for anybody let alone another girl so i did what i thought would help 

"Hey Mom?" I walked over to her so i can ask her a question about what to do 

"Yes sweetie?" she said starting to look up at me with curiosity in her voice 

"I need some Advice about something can we go to our favorite coffee place to talk?" 

"Sure let me get my purse and keys from my room" she walked away and i went outside to wait for her 

"Sweetie, your father wants to join was this like a girls thing only or?"

"Girls only please i'm sure you'll talk about this to him later anyways."

"Um Okay lets go then" she walks out of the door and unlocked the car door so we could get in

*Moments Later*

"Arrived at Musical Groove Coffee Shop" the GPS says into the car speaker

"You pick out a table for us ill order our drinks" My mom explains before getting out of the car 

I nodded my head getting ready to get out of the car i see a familiar face through the beautiful glass windows. Maybe the windows weren't actually that good looking and it was the person behind them working. Maybe i was hallucinating so i rubbed my eyes and she was gone i sighed and got out walking towards the door of Musical Groove

"Hello! Welcome to Musical Groove!" the worker sounded to happy maybe it was just a show for work I smiled and walked to a circle two person table waiting on my mom to come over.

Suddenly my hallucination wasn't fake anymore and was walking straight toward me Hair into a Musical Groove hat with an apron over a nice red and black Musical note shirt with some ripped jeans she had a work style but it wasn't fully her style. 

"Hey." she smiled talking but i wasn't paying attention i was spacing out trying to figure out why she was working in my favorite Coffee shop. 

"Hey, what are u doing here?" i asked a stupid question trying to hide my sudden nervousness 

"I just started working here it pays really well for a Coffee shop." I laughed awkwardly and stopped when my mom walked over 

"Hey Mom" she looked at me talking to a worker and instantly became somewhat rude to Jess

"Why is this young lady bothering you sweetie, do i need to talk to her manager so she understands not to bother you anymore" Jessica laughed 

"I rest assured your lovely daughter is fine My lady i happen to be very fond of her" Jess said and I could feel the heat rushing to my ears and cheeks. 

"Who is this girl Layla? do you know this girl who thinks she has the right to talk to me like that." Mom got mad for no reason i stood up next by Jessica and told my mom 

"This is my Girlfriend I wanted to talk to you about relationship advice." 

My mother looked between the two standing girls in shock trying to process what i had just said Jessica looked at me with a smile that told me everything she was thinking like 

"Why did you say that?", "Were not together", "I Hardly know you" but she wasn't mad she simply laughed and planted a kiss to my cheek 

"Ill see you later babe, we can get some coffee and have dinner later." she simply said and walked off
