Everyone was eating when bel Walked in. She search for a seat when she spot one left , she walk towards it. Mahir looking through documents looks at her. He asks her where she was going. He told her it's her right to be next to him.
Awkward, all eyes turn towards her. Bel stutters saying theirs only one seat left. Mahir says " so you decided to sit next to yash, since when did you and yash get so close"
Quickly yash intervene " we are not close at all, I'm not into plain jane like her"
Some of his brother chuckle. One says " true, her sister is way hot. I mean did u see her at the wedding. She was totally my type."
Bel staid quiet. Mahir calls her again and told her to come to him. Bel says theirs no seat. He didnt repeat himself again. Bel scared moves to his side. When she did , he said nothing.
Sumitra says " you moved the poor girl from her seat, will you get up"
Mahir was about to say something when his sister says " theirs no point of bhai getting up ma, his already started eating"
Sumitra says " so than where will she sit " she warned
Bel seeing the tension in the air says "it's fine, I'm not really hungry. I'm actually fasting " she lied
Sumitra was surprised by this " really, this is your second day as a married couple what could you have possibly fast about"
Bel nervously thought of an excuse " w...w..well ...i... w..a..s"
Mahir amused by this says " shes fasting to make sure we stay together forever " he says looking up at her. To make her uncomfortable he held her hand and squeeze it. " isnt that right honey" he says
Bel was lost for words. She wanted to deny this, but seeing sumitra face she could only nod.
His mom smile, " see this, your brother got himself a wife who loves him very much. Now if only the rest of my son would as well than I will die happily"
When she said this mahir became upset. He says putting his document away " you will never leave me ma, you should know you, are the only one I can trust along with a few"
Sumitra laughs at this and brushed his possesiveness aside.
Bel quietly tries to remove her hand from mahir, but he had a strong hold on it. He says calmly " some business partners of mine are having a party, and as promised I will introduce my wife to them"
Everyone listen while he speaks " so bel we will be leaving soon, I expect you to be ready love" he says with a fake smile
He squeeze her hand when she nods before letting her go. When he did she excuse herself, before running to the bathroom and lock herself in there.
