New Girl

Today the kids decided to go to the park. Dewey and Webby were reinacting a movie they saw recently, Louie was well...being Louie, and Huey was sitting under a tree making a check-list for something unknown.

A female duck the children weren't familiar with then walked through the park gate and went over to the swing and sat down on one, reading a book.

"I wonder what's going to happen to Ida next.." The girl said.

"Ida?" Webby overheard. "I know what happens to her!"

"Shh! Spoilers!" She hissed.

"Sorry.." Webby apologized.

"No worries!"

"What's your name by the way?" Webby asked.

"Ah, it's Anais." Anais replied.

"Aneye-ees?" Webby pronounced, confused.

"Yeah, that's how it's said. It's spelt A-N-A-I-S."

"That would make it Anna is."

"But it's- Ugh, nevermind. What's your name, then?"

"It's Webby!" Webby replied in her usual perky voice.

"Nice to meet you, Webby."

"Hey Webby? Who's the new girl?" Dewey asked as he Huey and Louie approached them.

"This is An-eyes!" Webby introduced.

"It's ANAIS!" Anais replied, a bit annoyed. "Are these your brothers?"

"Brothers? I don't have any brothers." Webby replied.

"She means us." Huey said.

"Oh! How did you assume they were my brothers?"

"Well, you all kind of look the same, must be hard being the only girl, right?" Anais said.

"We don't look this same!" All four said in unison. "Okay, this is weird." (They said once again in unison.) "Alright, stop. STOP!"

"Hmm..are you sure you're not quadruplets? You four sure do act like it."

"No, Huey Dewey and Louie are triplets, I'm just Webby!" Webby didn't want to expose the fact that she and Dewey shared mutual love.

"Ah, cool! You don't get to see triplets everyday." Anais said, pretty amazed as well.

"Do you have any siblings?" Webby asked.

"Nah, I'm the only kid."

"No way, me too!"

"Really? It's a relief to know that I've met somebody who's an ony child like me!" (Story of my life.)

"Yeah! It's really hard to fit in since you've been trapped inside a mansion your entire life because your overprotective granny won't let you go outside because she's afraid of losing you due to a terrible accident-"

"Woah, woah, woah. You live in a mansion?"

"Yeah! My granny's the housekeeper, so I live there too."

"I can see why she's so protective, you're the only girl, and the only child in your case."

"Yeah."

"Guys, do you see what I see?" Louie asked.

"Yeah, that girl's got REALLY long hair." Dewey replied.

"Not that, it's that Webby's made a friend other than us! Plus, it's a female friend." Louie looked at Huey.

"Yeah..female friend." Huey looked down, a bit embarassed.

"Look Dewey, Huey's face matches his hat!" Louie whispered to Dewey as they both snickered at their older brother.

"Yes, now I can tease a brother this time!" Dewey said, rather evil-y.

"Hey, red triplet, are you alright?" Anais asked, kind of worried.

"Yeah, I'm fine." Huey kept his head down, because he knew the consequence of bringing it up.

"Psst..his name is Huey." Webby told her. "The blue one is Dewey..-Webby wanted to emphasize his name- and the green one is Louie.

"Okay, so..Huey, Dewey and Louie? Got it." Anais replied. "Hmm..Huey..that's a nice name!"

Huey heard this, and turned to a darker shade than his clothing.

"Hey Huey, what's wrong? Is the atmosphere too H O T for you?" Louie teased.

"Yeah, or does it have to do with a particular young female duck wearing a purple dress and has a ponytail?" Dewey whispered to him.

"No it's not! Go away!" Huey swatted them away from him.

Dewey and Louie couldn't contain their laughter, especially Dewey, it was sweet revenge for him.

The two were practically rolling on the ground, dying of laughter.

"What's up with those two?" Anais asked Webby.

"I dunno, it was probably a joke we didn't hear."

"Why is Huey so red?"

"Must be hot I guess."

"The sun isn't out.."

"Then that can only mean.." It finally hit Webby what Dewey and Louie were laughing about.

Suddenly Webby hugged Anais.

"Uh..what's this for?" Anais asked.

"Well, it's just that a particular male duck has a crush on you.."

"That's ridiculous, that can't be true. Can it?"

"Oh, it's true sweet, sweet Anais." Webby replied.

"Well, do you know who it is?"

"Oh yeah! It's y- WAAH!"

Huey had hopped on top of Webby, holding her beak shut.

"MMM!" Huey made a mistake, since Webby was way stronger than him. She then kicked him off her and went back to Anais to tell her.

"IT'S HUEY- MM!" It wasn't long before Huey got back up and tackled Webby again.

"Huey..?" Anais said to herself, slightly blushing.

MWAHHAHAHAHA! I HAVE CREATED A CLIFF-HANGER FOR YOU! YOU SHALL WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT PART TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS NEXT!
