A little problem [Lucifer x Chloe]. -slow updates-

Lucifer took Chloe to drive Trixie to school. He had been glued at her side ever since he had learned about the whole hell fire thing. They had some time to kill before Chloe had to be at the station so they pulled up to a hill that overlooked the city.
"Why are we here?" She asked him.
"Ever since our conception here. This has been my favorite place."
"In l.a.?" She asks
"On heaven, hell and earth" he tells her "I think you underestimate my feelings for you detective." Before she knew it she has her lips meet his. This time a different type of fire lights inside of her . One of passion and pleasure. "Detective" he whispers under his breath as she goes in again this time running her fingers through his hair. As their foreheads touch and out of breath Lucifer says "I've always heard such good things about this pregnancy hormones" and this time Chloe can't help but laugh.
"I'm going to be late to work." She tells him. He goes in a bit closer lips were almost touching. "Would that be such a bad thing" he says embracing her once again.

Chloe walks into the precinct 10 minuets late and eyes follow her. Lucifer trails behind her like a guard dog the idea of the child had just started to settle in and he had promised himself as a grand fuck you he would make it his personal mission to be a father ten times better than his own. But mostly he had this odd unfamiliar feeling of possession over it, like it had been his and he would go back to hell to protect it.

Chloe opened up a bottle of water and took a cup of sips. Just this dan makes his way over to her desk. "Feeling better chlo? He asks." She nods. "A lot better. Must have been a 24 hour thing." She insists. Lucifer looks at her puzzled.
"Alright, Don't forget I have Trixie tonight." He tells her walking off.
"Why lie to Daniel?" He asks. He never understood the urge to lies.
"It's complicated, we don't even know what's going on ourself do you really think it's a great idea to be telling people?" She asks.
"I don't see the huge deal. They are bound to find out anyway." He tells her.
"It's just really early, miscarriage is still on the table and I wouldn't want to jinx it you know ?"
"Detective our child is the future aire to hell, it's gonna take more than some stress or a fall to take them down." He says.
"Okay we are going to talk about the whole hell thing later, but miscarriage is still very possible and can be caused my a lot of things, it's really scary being responsible for this life inside me Lucifer." She whispers.
"Alright detective , what ever you decide we shall do, but can we at least tell maze , she may be able to help with protection and answers and such."
"Alright, just give me a few days." She tells him
"As long as you need."

Within minuets the new Lieutenant, James thatcher drops a new case file on Chloe's desk. "I heard you were the best decker, this case is a big deal, real dangerous guy, killed two girls outside a bar last night and could be tied to the 2 other murders in palm beach. You up for it?" He asks.
"Y-" Lucifer cuts her off
"No she is not." He takes the case file off the desk and begins examining it. "Why don't you give such a case the Daniel, he seems to have nothing better to do." He tells the new boss.
"And who may this be?" He asks looking down at Chloe who was sitting in her spinning chair.
"This is ." Cut off once again Chloe was getting frustrated.
"Lucifer Morningstar, civilian consultant." He puts out his hand. James looks at it and then back at Chloe.

"Are you working this case of not decker?" He asks.
"Yes Lieutenant thanks you" James give her a nod then leaves back to his office.
"Uh? I think I liked pierce better" is jokes but Chloe does not find it funny.
"Lucifer you can't embarrass me like that in front of my boss."
"Detective do you know what your doing? This man has killed 4 women that we know of and -" he pulls out their photos. "All four are young blue eyes blondes." He says. "You think I'm Going to let you and my" he whispers the next part "offspring, get your self killed."

"Well I don't think your going to 'let me' do anything it's my choice Lucifer, and I know what I'm doing." She tells him
"Fine, But your not going Anywhere, think of me as your shadow." Chloe rolled her eyes
"Great".
