Many years back, before the quirk even exist, hero called the Kamen Rider has protected the world from evil. From Showa generation to Heisei generation.

(Showa = Old, Heisei = New)

But ever since the quirk incident has happened, the Kamen Rider are no longer fighting. Some of them still hiding away from people while the new generation are about to born. A hero that both Kamen Rider and has a Quirk will appear.

After an unnaturel phenomenon called Quirk has appear, everyone has normal life even thought there has power. For example, breathing fire, shoot water, monster like look and many more.

It happened about 50 years ago, the incident happen at one of the hospital in Qingqing, China where a new born baby has light came out from it body.

No one know from were the Quirk origin were. It was classed as a some kind of disease until it appear all around the world before they know it. Weird become awesome, supernaturel become normal. Know that Quirk has make their host has a special power, evil has rise and take advantage of the power.

But the society around the world has make a special agreement. They create a special force that can rise and defeat the evil.

They evil one were called "Villain" and the good one were called "Hero".

(Present Day)

At the streets, a boy was walking normally to the library. His name was Tatsumaki Takeru.

(Tatsumaki = Tornado) It's not that his Quirk was wind type, I just like that name!

He has black hair that a bit stand. He wear normal cloth and a cap with "B" mark in front of it. He wear red shoes at the right leg and blue at the left leg. He has aqua colour eyes.

On his way to the library, he heard a cheering sound. He look at the left side and saw many crowds. He saw heroes are doing are doing there job.

Tatsumaki: Geez... they just want to be on the spot light.

At the library
In the library, he look for something to read. Then he saw book that were very old and full with dust. He pick it and blow the dust and look at the cover.

Tatsumaki: "The Quirkless Hero, Kamen Rider", huh?

He take the book to the table to read. When he read it, he saw all the history about how the Kamen Rider exist and how they save the world from chaos.

Tatsumaki: Then they defeat the great evil and saved the world... but after the Quirk incident happen, they no longer fight... but they were always be remembered known as the world very First Hero, the True Symbol of Peace, Kamen Rider..."

The librarian just about to pass Tatsumaki but look at him and the book.

Librarian: So you interested to them, huh?

Tatsumaki look behind and see the librarian.

Tatsumaki: Yeah, they really are.

Librarian: You can take it if you want.

Tatsumaki: Serious?!

Librarian: Yes. No one read that book ever since people forget about them. You can take it.

Tatsumaki: Thank you!

Tatsumaki leave the library afterward. As he take another look at the book, he saw a paper at the end of the book. He took a look of it and it's a map. He then follow the way that the map shows and stop at an old cafe.

Tatsumaki: Nascita? For sale? Why this map show this place?

He enter it and that place was full with dust. Behind the map said, there's a secret door at the fridge. He open it and it really does have a secret door to an underground lab.
