Everyone were shocked that they added a terrorist attack into the rescue exercise. Ashido, Ojiro and Tokoyami are busy saving the rescue job at the mountain zone.
Ojiro: Villains?
Tokoyami: Look, right in front of the first-aid station!
Ojiro: Oh, no!
Ashido: I can't believe they'd send out villains so close! They're so mean!
Asui are still inside the water thinking what to do. Hagakure, Todoroki, Seiryuu and the Seijin are looking at the area where's the smoke come from.
Asui: There are still many people need to be rescue here, but we can't just ignore what's going on over there...
Todoroki: Yeah...
Seiryuu: Damn... Saving people is already hard and they add villains...?
Seijin Examinee 1: Kengo-san, what should we do?
Seijin Examinee 2: We can't stop the rescue efforts and we can't just ignore that!
Hibiki(In mind): Many rider are still doing the rescue job... But this kind stuff...!
Meanwhile at the monitaring room, Mera are scoring the grade of the examinees.
Mera(In mind): For this second test, everyone starts off with certain number of points, and then they're grade based on how many they lose. H.U.C. evaluates whether or not they are acting properly in their rescue, and beside that, for example-- whether or not you've put yourself into a position to best use your own Quirk-- looking at the big pictures comprised of the scoring manual and the examinees' data are one hundred employees of Public Safety Commission scoring each person individually.
He look at the scoring board in his computer.
Mera(In mind): Examinee fail when their total score falls below fifty points. Please do your best to make the right decisions.
Back at the field, Midoriya prepare himself the face the minions.
Shindo: Get everyone to safety!
He ran toward Gang Orca's group.
Midoriya: Shindo-san?!
Shindo: Toward the back! Get them as far away from the villains as possible!
Midoriya: R-Right!
Shindo place his hands to the ground and ready his Quirk.
Shindo: I'll keep hammering away at them with tremors at one-second intervals!
He create vibration strong enough to shake and break the ground.
Shindo: I won't let them get close!
Then Gang Orca suddenly appear right in front of Shindo.
Gang Orca: Not good enough.
He blast a powerful ultrasonic wave at Shindo, paralyzing him from moving.
Midoriya: Shindo-san!
Gang Orca: Only a single rear guard when there's so much a difference in ability? Look's like you were underratimating us.
Intro(Present Mic): Gang Orca! Quirk: Orcinus. He can do things what an orca can do even on land. One of those is an ultrasonic wave that can paralyze!
As he walk toward the group of examinees, he quickly turn around and blast an ultrasonic wave destroy the ice wave that heading toward him. It was Todoroki.
Midoriya: Todoroki-kun!
Ojiro: Midoriya, are you evacuating? We'll help!
Ojiro, Ashido and Tokoyami come to help while Todoroki handle Gang Orca. Todoroki send a huge wave of ice toward Gang Orca but his ice can't reach him because of the ultrasonic wave.
