At the night, Twice has invited someone from a yakuza group to meet with the League of Villains if he wants to join the league. That villain name is Overhaul. He wear gangster like clothes along with a bird beek like mask.

Overhaul: Give me a break... This place is so dusty... I feel like I'll get sick.

Twice: Don't worry! The guys inside are already sick!

He open the gate, revealing the group inside. Shikaragi, Mr. Compress, Toga, Magne, Rai, Gai and Kurogami.

Shikaragi: You brought a crazy big fish, huh, Twice?

Overhaul: Big fish? That's ironic... League of Villains.

Magne: What? Is this guy someone famous?

Rai: He doesn't look like that to me.
