Chapter 21

Instead of replying I broke into heavy sobs.

"H-Hayes hates me!!" I cried into my hands.

"What do you mean "Hayes hates you?""

"He hates me because of something someone said!!"

"If he doesn't realize how amazing you are then he deserves to have nothing with you!"

"Thanks but I know that's not true." I sniffled.

"Oh yes it is true. You're beautiful, smart, and the punniest person I know!"

I laughed. "No one thinks I'm punny. "

"I do.!" He argued.

"Chandler. You're literally the best friend a girl could ask for!"

"That's why I'm here.!"

3 Days later

I still haven't talked to Sam. Nor Hayes. But I mean that's pretty chill I guess. I go back to school today. First day if school. Greatttt!! Note the sarcasm. I put on some blue skinny jeans with a yellow tshirt that said #NashGrier with Nash's face.

I went to my bus stop with Haley. We didn't talk the whole way. We got on the bus and Haley sat with here friends and I sat by myself. The ride to school was slow and painful.

I walked off the yellow bus. I went to my home room which was mrs. K. The art teacher. I sat in my seat and waited for everyone else to show. Chandler, Sam, Haley, and a new blonde boy walked in. Sam was laughing with the boy.

They all sat next to me.

"Hey Jess." Chandler screamed a swung his arm around my shoulders.

"Hi chan." I whispered drawing a angle on my notebook.

"Hey Justin." Haley said waving.

"Hey Harold." I replied.

"Hey gorgeous." Sam said kissing my cheek.

"Hey EX boyfriend." I said pushing him off me.

"Hello girl I don't know!"

"Hi..." I said oddly quiet.

The bell rang and the rest of the people poured in by the dozens.

The class went by fast. We got our lockers. I put all my things in and grabbed a pen and my history note book.

The new boy was in that class with me too. Sam and Chandler also had history with us. I found out more about the new boy. His name is Michael. He's 14. He moved here from Michigan also!!

He asked me to join him the boys and Haley for some pizza after school. I said I was down. He said he was buying the pizza. "You're the real MVP" I screamed!
