Munira's POV
Lila Rose is the daughter of Rosewood's well known womaniser and incoming chancellor,Jimmy Bans Rose.
Rosewood was about to elect it's newest chancellor in a few months as Federick Johnson was at the peak of stepping down in his old age.

Jimmy was of course one of the contenders along with three other men.He wasn't old,he was probably in his mid 40s.And the only reason why he was a contender was because his father,Nona's husband had worked his way into becoming a reputable chief and then the deserving Chancellor of Rosewood.

Jimmy was only given recognition and a position due to his father's name.He passed away many years ago.Jimmy also had no chance of actually being elected because the public didn't really favour him either.He masked a hit-and-run case during his college days.Even when he was arrested,he got a bail easily thanks to his father.But you'll never know with Jimmy...

He might become chancellor still.
I certainly hated him as he was never a good son to Nona.Well that was only 30%...
I hated him mostly because he was a selfish and nauseating pervert who cared about no one else but himself.

The last time I saw him was when he waltzed in here claiming to visit his daughter and mother.In the end,he didn't even pay for the condoms and provocative magazines he wanted.He also tried to touch me and shamelessly flirt with me into being his personal sexretary.I had to slap him once because he was inebriated.

Basically,Jimmy Bans was an utterly outrageous human being.

Chastity gave me a nod that she would go home and rest.
I honestly wish she would stay as I didn't feel safe at the moment but she left abruptly.

I didn't really tell her about the thing with Jimmy Bans,but then again she didn't know a lot of stuff.She is my Guidance Counselor and I do trust her more than my own mother but I'd just keep some things to myself.

Maybe the reason why I had troubles with myself was because I usually didn't come around to my feelings.I'd still rather keep it as it is though.

"So I'm guessing Nona isn't here today?" Jimmy's plummy voice broke the comfortable silence.

I shook my head,trying to concentrate on the delivery list.That reminds me,I had to feed the fat hamster now.

I felt his presence drawing closer.

"Do you know when she'll be here?" He asked as he came closer.

"She's not here for the day.Do you need anything?"

I glanced at my ballet flats.The sole was now detached thanks to this morning's fiasco.

This shoe hasn't even reached it's three year lifespan yet and now I had to get new ones.
Darn Chastity...

Okay,changing the subject doesn't work with my nerves as Jimmy was right in front of me now.

"Actually I kinda needed something..." He added in a mumble.

His hand reached out to my forearm.And I backed away immediately,hitting the wall behind me.

"You are my mom's favourite aren't you?" His last few words were a muffled slur.
Great,he was drunk again wasn't he?

He slowly twisted around the counter as he murmured incoherent words under his breath.

"Jimmy.Are you even sober?" I questioned him like it wasn't obvious.

All methods of self defence slipped my mind as his slender figure blocked my way.I backed away slowly...

Should I kick Rosewood's likely chancellor in the groin?
