Scarlett
Lois and I walk down my apartment steps, giggling at how excited we are. We dressed in the hottest dresses we could find, and did each other's makeup and hair. I was wearing all black, with my hair in a high ponytail. My heels were bright red, matching my lipstick. Lois, looked stunning in her low cut lace top and black skirt. It made her hair look so gorgeous, and her eyes glow.

The Uber was out front waiting for us, and we both slipped in the backseat, heading to the club.

"So, Lois, we both think Clark is unbelievably hot. I don't want us to both go after him, because I don't want to hurt our friendship in any way." I say, biting my lip.

"Oh, I get it! I was nervous to bring it up. I think we should flirt and see if he comes after one of us first." She says.

That kind of defeats the purpose of what I just said...

"Sure, Lois. But we have to agree not to have hard feelings for each other." I say, wondering if she really gets what I'm trying to say.

She agrees, and I decide to drop the subject. A few minutes of gossiping and fixing lipstick later, we arrive out front of the club. I can hear the music playing, and smile in anticipation. As we walk towards the doors, I feel someone aggressively grab my clutch from my hand.

"Give me your money!" A strange voice says, and I spin around before he finishes the first word, ready to hit them. I come face to face with Calum, a laugh threatening to spill from his throat.

"Calum! You dick!" I laugh, feeling a weight of relief that I wouldn't have to show Lois too much about myself. He bows in front of Lois and I, "Hello my beautiful ladies".

I laugh at him, and look to the side to see a stunning Clark. He's dressed so nicely, in a button down and dress pants. The first few buttons are undone on his shirt, revealing some chest hair. His sleeves are rolled, and his arms are so muscular I don't know how its possible. He's dripping in sexy, and I question why I made that agreement with Lois.

"Hey, Clark." I say, as Lois and Calum begin talking. We all walk inside the club, and Clark steps closer to my side. I can smell his cologne, and my insides melt even more.

"Scarlett, you look amazing." He says, clearly scanning my body. I elbow him in the side, "You don't look too bad yourself", I joke. That hurt like a bitch, it literally felt like hitting metal. I rub my elbow, and he looks down, noticing the movement.

"So, I say we order some shots, and then get the party going! Clark and Calum, you both look so good!" Lois yells over the music, winking at Clark as she does so.

Okay....

We all sit at a booth, as a waitress comes over to check on us. Clark scoots in first, and Lois makes a point to step in front of me and sit next to him before I can. Little does she know I could have sat in the seat ten times before she even moved a toe. I roll my eyes on the inside, and take my seat across from Clark, and next to Calum. Calum gets a round of shots going, and we impatiently wait for the waitress to return.

"So where are you from Clark?" Lois asks, turning her body to face him. He looks around the table and smiles, "A tiny town in Kansas called Smallville. once I graduated I wandered a little, not sure what I wanted to do. So I'm trying out the city, and I just felt a pull towards the Daily Planet." He says, looking at me when he says this. My stomach gets butterflies, and I get caught in his gaze.

The waitress sets down a tray full of shots, and I snap out of it. We each grab 4, and have a competition of who can down them the fastest. I could destroy all of them, but I won't. I want to win this time, so I'll pace myself with them. Lois counts us down, and then we each grab the first shot and start. I'm watching Clark the entire time, and I glance over once to make sure I'm still ahead of the other two. I grab my last shot, and I'm about to drink it when Clark slams his glass down on the table. I cough mine back up, and almost spit it all over the table. Calum and Lois look over at me as I try to clear my throat.
