Yesterday was Vinayak puja, so technically today, will be function of Mayera. And in evening, Raatijoga.

As my maternal uncles' came with Mayera, and set everything they brought as Mayera so that everyone can take a look. Mayera contained many poshaks' for me and maasa and for other ladies of the house. Rings for gents of the house and some cash as shagun. They also brought gifts for my in-laws too like jewelry and dresses.

As welcoming them, maasa did tilak of everyone and in return they give her odhani and put on her head.

After showing things to everyone babasa ordered Maan and other to keep everything inside safely.

Function finished nearly on lunch time when everyone decided to have lunch has guests had to go their respective homes to get ready for Raatijoga which was held in evening.

I decided to have lunch with my cousins as it's more fun with them eating food while cracking jokes and teasing each other.

"Taashu I think you should apply mehendi in noon only. As you know bridal mehendi takes a lot of time and it would be convenient for you as you'll able to enjoy Raatijoga instead of managing your poshak and mehendi," Bheirvi jija, mamosa's elder daughter exclaimed putting a morsel of roti in my mouth. She's our momma hen.

I nodded chewing the bite she just gave her, when maasa came inside my room.

"You girls want something," She asked patting maanvi's head who shook her head negatively.

"Bhuasa, has the girl arrived who's gonna apply bridal mehendi," Bheirvi jija enquired, grabbing water bottle from table.

"Yes, should I send her inside," She asked taking dirty plates with her with the help of kakisa who just entered room.

"Yes, we are done with lunch," I replied getting up and moved toward bathroom to wash my hands.

I wiped my face with towel as I came out of bathroom, where a girl of maanvi's age was sitting beside Mahi, showing mehendi designs to everyone.

Moving near them, I smiled as she lift her eyes and brightly smiled at me.

"Aapri shadi hove hai ne," She excitedly exclaimed making me chuckle as I nodded.

"Taashu see every design is just so beautiful," Bheirvi jija showed me book which was in her hand.

It took me 10 minutes to decide what design I want to be drawn on my hands and legs.

"How much time it will take to finish this," I asked making myself comfortable on bed with pillow in my lap as I put my left hand on it as per instructed by ria, the girl and drag the bangles I had worn till elbow.

"3 to 4 hour on hands," She replied starting her work on my hand.

"Legs ?" Maanvi questioned.

"My sister is reaching here anytime soon, she'll apply mehendi on legs," She replied before concentrating on her work as we nodded. It's gonna be long day, I sighed.

"Maanvi and Maahi come with me, Taashu's mehendi has started meanwhile we will apply on elders hands or younger girls," Bheirvi jija ordered them making them sigh, as both Maanvi and Maahi think apply mehendi is a tiresome work. Before they could disagree, Bheirvi jija shot glares at them making them shut their mouth and complied nonetheless.
