"I'm back!" I slammed open the door of my apartment.

"Who are you telling that to?" Ho asked me, confused

"The furniture." I replied absent-mindedly.

"Have a seat." I gestured to the sofa.

They both sat across from each other while I went in the kitchen to turn on the coffee machine.

One of the luxuries I allowed myself.

I pushed the buttons for 3 cups of coffee.

"That was good but we need to get serious from now on." Ho was staring at the ceiling with his head resting on the back of my sofa.

"Serious? I don't intend to make this my career." I replied.

"Why not!?" Jennie interrupted.

Ok, now I'm just getting annoyed.

"Jennie! Coffee must be ready now, could you puh-lease pour it out for us?" I requested her.

"Sure!" She's in such a good mood.

Can't relate.

Why am I so grumpy right now? Something feels...weird...
Like something is about to happen.....

"Well it's up to you. I'm sorry if I've been pushing too hard.... it's just....I see something in you. Some...superstar material..." He rubbed his eyes.

"No I didn't mean to be rude. I'm just... tired. From college then that nervousness....I wanna sleep now." I really am exhausted right now.

"Then why are you having coffee?!" He jumped as if he just got completely charged or something.

"I feel like having one." I shrugged.

"Alright, we won't keep you too long." He smiled his adorable smile that can light up this whole town.

Just then, the doorbell rang.

Who could it be right now?
I glanced at the clock.
It was 8 p.m.

Ok, it's not that late.

I opened the door a bit and when I saw it was Tony, I unlatched the door and let him in.

"Hey!! You're back so soon?! " I gave him a hug.

"Guess what?!" I was about to tell him about my today's new adventure, if you can even call it that.

He smiled and said "what what what!? What did you do while I've been go-" He froze midstride when he saw Ho flipping through the magazine on my coffee-table.

"What the hell is he doing here?!" He transformed from romantic to raging real quick.

"Yess that's what I'm telling you!" I tried to catch his attention but he was now moving towards Ho very fastly.

I tried to intervene when Ho noticed Tony and stood up.

"Hi there Leo." He bowed.

"What the hell are you doing in my girlfriend's house?" He grabbed his collar.

What the-

"Hey! Cut it out! I'm telling you I invited him and-" That's when Jennie interrupted again.

"Coffee's ready but I'm gonna need one more cup... could you tell me- Oh! Hi Leo! Ok, we're gonna need two more coffee mugs...where do you keep them Skye?" She was acting so coolly like nothing happened.

"Shut up!" Leo snapped.

What the hell is wrong with this guy?!
Jet-lag?

"Leo, listen, Jennie, him and I came here to celebrate my first stand-up gone right!" I tried to free Ho's collar from Leo's grip.

"Oh? Is that so? Now you've been bewitched by him too? I'm sure he must be the one to get you to do that..." He had let go of him but was still giving him threatening looks.

"Bewitched? What the hell? I did it because I wanted to and he helped." I can't believe this guy!

"Of course! And you felt like doing stand-up when I was out of the country! Couldn't you wait for a couple of days?" He turned to me now.

"Why should I?! You're not my dad. Even my dad wouldn't mind me trying my hand at stand-up." I am absolutely furious now.

"It's not a dignified profession." He muttered.

What the-
He just did not-
What century is he living in?!

"If that's what you think,

Get
Out."
I ordered.

"Aw man! I just poured in 4 cups of coffee!" Jennie pouted when she saw Leo leave.
