Year: 2319 (A/N idk if that's a good year or not XD)
Animals. They're treated as friends and companions. But in a secret laboratory in California, they're treated as test subjects for experimentations. They're beaten, tortured, starved and worst killed. While the animals always put up a fight just so they can try to escape, but the scientists were always one step ahead with a tranquilizer gun and shot them, for safety measures. Now those scientists were trying to create an experiment that can turn animals into a more advanced life form called: Furries. Experiment after experiment they all failed, but they weren't going to give up. While the scientists inject it to the animals they would die instantly or grow deformed and die painfully.
Months of trying to create an intellect being, the scientists were running low on test subjects which they had to rely on rats while they worked on new stuff to create the Furries.
"HEY, ERIC!" A scientist shouted

Eric, looked away from his work to see his friend Kendall, a slight elderly african american man, trying to pull something to the lab by a leash. He looked like he was struggling for the leash was moving like crazy and there was growling.

"Another test subject?" Eric asks with a smirk
"Yeah, and this one has some real fight in him" he replied before pulling again on the leash
After the pull on the leash a german shepherd came running in and bit Kendall's left ankel.
"AAAAHHHHH!" He yelled in pain
Eric, took the tranquilizer gun from his pocket and shot the german shepherd twice making it yelp in pain and fall asleep on the ground.
"You weren't kidding when you said he has fight in him." Eric laughed and earned a glare from Kendall
"I'm going to kill that damn thing." Kendall said angrily
"You can't." Eric helped Kendall up to his feet "that dog showed a lot of fight in him, so he will be my text subject." He said with a malicious grin
