Darkness is a word to describe us. There is no light and no happiness only fear and misery. We know what evil is we can look it in the eyes every day and pray to it that it might spare us. We will work for days and our children read broken,ripped up books that talk about love and happiness but this is not one of those story's. This is not one of those story's where good always is there ,where children can play all day and not worry about anything , This is not one of those story's where happiness will win and darkness will not. Know matter how hard anyone try's around here bad things will always happen and we cant stop it .

You might start asking questions by now, But once I tell you, you are in great danger He will find out I did this and he will get me and might get you too if you are not careful. If you want to stay and help me I will tell you but you can never go back so chose wisely.
I am a Thoren. You probably have never heard of such a thing but I do exist if I didn't I would not be righting this. I am the only one left I think , We are magical creates and we all have an element we practise in.
My whole family on my dad's side was Earth,the defence. My dad he was handsome He had dark brown hair with bright blue eyes my mother loved .My mother side was a different story she was Darkness, the attack. My mother had bright blond hair and green eyes,she was darkness but there was no dark place in her heart. They where opposite but they where in love. They new the rules said that if they wanted to get married there family would have to agree to the marriage too.. It took them one whole year to convince both of there families that they should be together.
I had a perfect life before he attack us. I was born in spring with light brown hair and yellow eye's and was named Moselle meaning Savior. I was happy.
Before he started to kill us my mother always talked about the real queens of this world the Water,Earth,Fire and Darkness. She said that every Thoren girl goes though a test to fine each queen reincarnation. I was seven when it was my turn to take it. Two people came to my house and took me and my mother to a big church.
Once in they said my mother could not come with us and she had to wait here. I was so scared,i started to cry and I wanted her to come with me.” Be calm I know you your brave you don't need me, all you need is you heart” She smiled and wiped my tears away. It was the last time I saw her alive. Unknowing I walk into the room with the two men.
The first room they took me to was a very big room with row's of toys. They said for me to take one.
There was so many and all different kinds. Doll's, Car's , Truck's if you could name the toy it was there. I looked all around at first but then I saw her,a little doll with black button's as eyes and a cute little maid outfit I picked her up and hugged her I felt safe somehow. I looked at her and though I should name her and though of names and the name hit me Mystica. I have always loved that name.
I brought her over to the two men they looked at her and then me and then at each other. They wrote stuff down and then told me I could keep her. I was so happy it felt like my mom was here with me. I could still hear her voice as they took me to the next room.
It was smaller then the last room it looked like a normal classroom but only four desk they said for me to sit at one and answer the questions I started to walk to the first desk in the room.
The first desk had a blue folder on it the second one had a green one on it witch remained me of my dad the next one had red paper and the last had black. I felt more comfortable with black so I sat down. I felt bad that I did not pick the green one for my dad so I took Mystica over there and placed her down on the chair.
I walked back over to where the black folder. In the back I could hear them whispering. I started to focus on the folder. I slowly opened and found Two questions on the paper. The first question that was there was What was is the element you are going to chose? This question was and easy one I have always wanted to have the power of darkness. I wrote Darkness down on the paper.
Then I looked at the second question and it said How much power dose that element have? Is it the best? I looked at it for a few minutes and though about and knew that it would have no defence without earth and fire would have no defence without water and Earth need water to grow and darkness need water and earth to create life. Fire need water to put it out and earth to take down. All the elements need each other . I then wrote down each element need's each other, to work as a team.
I stood up garbed the paper in my right hand and walked over to Mystica. I then picked her up in my left hand. I slowly walked over to the men and gave one of them the paper they both read it and then went wide eyed. “ Do you think” The men with the paper in his hand “ We have to do the last test to see-” There was a loud explosion that made the whole building shake.
I fell to the ground and held Mystica tightly in my arms “ IT'S HIM” the second man said over the screams that where coming from the other room. The building stopped shaking and both men jumped up and grabbed my arm and ran down the hall way.” I though he said he was not going to attack us!!?” said the one to my right “ Well I guess he changed his mind” said the other one.
They where going so fast I keep tripping so one of them picked me up “ What are we going to do is she is who we think she is they will want her!!?” I looked at the man caring me “ What are you talking about?” They both looked at me and turned at the corner that came up and started to run down the stairs.
We got to he bottom of the stairs there was a door that said exit in big red letters. They looked out the door “ Good” the men said that looked outside. They then looked down at me and Mystica “ Look we think you are the queen of darkness reincarnation. We don't have must time you must run into the woods and find the others before He dose.” He started to looked worried “ What about my mom and dad?” I almost started to cry when I saw there faces when I asked it. “ YOU MUST GO” he yelled I got up and walked to the door and grabbed the doorknob and before I could turn it “ There are some down here sir” Some guy yells down the stairs and i started to hear foot steps.
I opened it and saw some trees I started to run as fast as I could if I ran to the forest someone would see me I though so I climbed the first tree I came to. It was the middle of summer so all the leaves where there to hide me and Mystica.. I moved some leaves around to see what was happening. That is when my happy world ended and darkness took over.
