You: "I'm transgender"
*Colby stands up and slowly walks towards you*
Colby: "Correct me if I'm wrong.. but does that mean you have a dick or...?"
You: "yes. I got top surgery a year ago but I haven't gotten bottom surgery yet.. so yes.. I still have a penis"
Colby: "so technically, I like a guy?"
*You put your hands hips as your offended*
You: "no, I'm a girl. I've always been a girl. I was just born with the wrong parts"
Colby: "look, I'm not saying I dont support you but I need some time to think about this whole thing."
You: "your telling me to leave"
Colby: "yeah, I'm sorry."
*You slightly shake your head in disappointment, grab your sweater and leave. Colby spends some time in his room, thinking about the last 24 hours and he cant help but think that hes still falling hard for you. He goes downstairs to find something to eat. Sam comes in the front door and sees you standing in front of the microwave, he walks into the kitchen and notices Colby just standing and staring blankly at the microwave*
Sam: "bro?"
*Colby doesnt move*
Sam: "Colby!?"
*Colby slightly jumps and looks to see Sam*
Colby: "oh fuck, man. You scared me"
*Sam leans on the counter*
Sam: "everything ok? You were just standing there"
Colby: "umm.. yeah, yeah"
*Colby takes out his pizza pops from the microwave*
Sam: "Colby.. I've known you for how long? I know when your not ok"
Colby: "that girl.."
Sam: "from the beach?"
Colby: "yeah"
Sam: "mhmm, what about her?"
Colby: "shes not a she.. kinda."
Sam: "what?"

Sam: "so she was born a he?"
Colby: "yeah"
Sam: "Wow.. so what's the problem?"

Sam: "what happened this morning? I saw that she slept over"
Colby: "she came out to me and I was confused with myself so I told her to leave so i could process everything"
*Sam notices you have something sparkly and purple in his back pocket*
Sam: "what's that?"
*Colby looks down and pulls it out*
Colby: "its y/n's scarf that she uses for her hair, she forgot it in my room"
*Colby holds it in his hand and rubs the fabric*
Colby: "its soft, like her skin"
*Colby smells it and hums*
Colby: "and it smells like her... Sam, I really miss her"
Sam: "Your falling really hard for her and that's ok. She just needs bottom surgery"
Colby: "I have an idea"
Sam: "what's that?"
Colby: "she told me that when shes with me, it's like she could have everything she's ever wanted and I told her to stick with me and she will.. what if.. I help her get the surgery?"
Sam: "your gonna have to do some research and make a few phone calls"

*after 2 weeks of not seeing or talking to Colby. You decide to just move on and pretend like he never happened. You eventually get 2 part time jobs to try and save up for bottom surgery. $20,000 is what you need. After 2 months, you've saved up $3,500. One evening, you have a day off so you head to the beach to draw and listen to music. You've chilled under a tree for 2 hours and you randomly get a tap on your shoulder, you look and its Colby. You slowly take out your ear buds*
Colby: "I thought I might find you here"
You: "What do you want, Colby?"
Colby: "I miss you"
You: "you do?"
Colby: "yes, I've.. fallin for you, dont help me up"
*You smile as his cheesy little joke is kinda funny*
You: "I miss you too but I guess your not into girls like me. I'm a crumbled up piece of paper cause I remember those 24 hours all too well."
*You see your scarf hanging from the loop of his jeans*
You: "You have my purple scarf and you dont wanna get rid of it cause you remember it all too well, too" you say with a frustrated tone as your still upset how he treated you when you came out
Colby: "y/n, stop. I have something for you"
You: "I dont want anything from you. You may be the most handsome guy I've ever seen but if you can't accept me.. I'm sorry"
Colby: "you dont want anything from me?"
You: "no.."
*You go to our your ear buds back in*
Colby: "not even bottom surgery?"
*you instantly drop your ear buds and look at him with big eyes*
Colby: "yeah, that's what I thought"
*He pulls out a roll of cash from his back pocket and hands it over to you. You stare at the cash in your hand*
Colby: "that's $20,000"
You: "how do you know anything about bottom surgery?"
Colby: "I made some calls"
*You get up in excitement, put your arms around Colby's waist and hug him tightly*
You: "Colby! Thank you so much! I can't believe it! How will I ever repay you?!" You look at Colby with tears streaming down your sunkissed cheeks
Colby: "I'm sure you'll think of a way" he smirks and winks at you
*You shake your head at him*
You: "let's go call my doctor!"
*He casually walks toward his car as you skip and dance happily beside him. He smiles big as he loves seeing you so happy. Colby drives you to see your doctor.*
