Camila's life was everything but perfect. Ever since she was little, she had multiple problems with everyone, her parents, her sister, her classmates, her teachers, and even her friends. But it wasn't Camila's fault that she was like that, it was pretty much both of her parents fault she ended up being a scared and angry woman.

When Camila was born, it was obvious  that her parents didn't want her, they never paid attention to her, and basically left her alone all the time. When her parents where actually home, they hit her and told her very mean things about her. Ten years after they had Camila, and completely terrorized her, they decided to have another child. For one part, Camila was really happy that she was going to have someone to play with, she didn't like being alone. But on the other hand she was really worried that her parents were going to treat the new child just like they treated Camila.

Sadly, Camila learned the hard way that she was the problem. When the baby was born she could see the happiness in her parent's faces. Her parents loved that new baby girl, they took her everywhere and were really nice to her, but that didn't mean that they now liked all of their children. Camila was still unloved, her parents still left her alone everyday, and hardly cared for her. She started to understand that she was alone in this world, but she was prepared for it.

When Camila started High School, she was angrier with life than ever. This let her to get in a lot of trouble with everyone. By the second semester of freshmen year she already had no friends, a very bad reputation with most of her teachers, and an even worse relationship with herself. There was only one person that understood Camila, and ironically, it was her drama teacher. Camila's teacher knew what Camila was feeling because she had lived through that.

When Camila finished High School, she was the happiest person on earth. She just wanted to leave the horrendous place she called home. She wasn't stupid, so she decided to apply for a scholarship in a college that was close to where she lived before. It wasn't that she wanted to live near her so called family, it's that she wanted to live near her only friend, her drama teacher.

Surprisingly enough, her scholarship was awarded, but there was a small problem, she didn't know where she was going to live. She knew she had to start working if she wanted to be able to rent a place of her own. There weren't many jobs that employed inexperienced people, but she did find a very good job with her little experience. She got a job as a stunt actress. Maybe it was a little bit dangerous, but she didn't care, she got paid too much to care.

As the time went on she graduated from college in Theater, and was able to get a better job as an actress in the local theater. Everything was going in a very good pace in her life, she knew nothing about her horrendous parents, and she was in a more peaceful set of mind. But like everything, that didn't last for a long time.

Around five years after she moved, she received a very weird phone call. It was from her parents. They were calling about a very serious matter. They were going to leave Miami, and they were going to leave their old house to Camila. Apparently they suddenly got a little bit of sympathy for the old girl, and did the only one good thing they could have done for her. Her parents told her that most of the paperwork was done, she just needed to sign some things and that house was going to be hers.

Camila didn't want to see her parents, so she send one of her closest friends to get the papers from them, just to see if all of this was real, or they were just playing with her feelings again.

Strangely, it was real. So after some months of paperwork and getting all of the amenities ready, she was starting to prepare to move in. She wasn't going to lie, she was kind of scared of moving back into that house, mostly because of the memories she had of that house. But that didn't matter anymore, this was an opportunity that only a fool would pass, and Camila, she was no fool.

It was the last month she paid rent for her old apartment, and she was more than ready to leave. She had all of her boxes ready and nothing was going to stop her now. Her best friend, who was still was her drama teacher, helped her move everything to her small car.

When they got to the new house, they started taking everything out of the car and putting in the new house. But Camila saw something very pretty, or maybe it should be better to say that it was more of a someone.

For some reason, Camila knew that her life was never going to be the same again, she didn't know why, but she did have a very small clue. And even though she didn't know her name, she could try and give it a name. And that was, the girl next door.
