When it breaks....

NO

One word,one syllable, two letters. It usually indicates a negative response. It is used as an noun, adjective and adverb. The dictionary says that.

That being said it is not necessary that it walks hand in hand with a feeling called happiness. Think of this, a child wants to eat cookies just before dinner and the mother says no....the child becomes sad. If you want to eat that tasty triple chocolate cake, but you are dieting then your mind would say no.....that makes you feel sad as well as unsatisfied. If you are a guy who proposed a girl to marry her and she says no then the guy is heartbroken.

These were a few examples of the feelings evoked by the word no. Wolf however, experienced it in a very different manner. The poor man couldn't even start to comprehend what was going on.

Imagine this you are super horny, and your lover is seducing you. You make a move, but they say that frigging word...no. To Wolf none of it made sense. So the only possibility could be that he heard Iruka wrong. To clarify,  he asked "Sorry, what?"

"You heard me." Iruka said casually. "But.....why? Why say no when you were seducing me few moments ago?" Wolf asked even more confused. Turning around in confines of Wolf's arms, Iruka said cooly "I don't want to wake up to an empty bed tomorrow morning, after making love to you. As for the seducing, well lets just say that your expression was worth it."

"You mean to say you were just playing with me?" Wolf asked, irritated.

Strike one.

"I was not playing with you. I was merely trying to make you realise that you could be having your way with me in that bed, if you can manage to stay the whole night."(A/N: is this sentence grammatically correct?)  

"I can't. " A stiff reply. "Why not?.....is it because you are an ANBU? "

"......no......" Wolf replied quietly. The hokage had given her consent to disclose the identity.

Strike two.

"Then why not?" Iruka asked in a desperate need. But suddenly realised that tonight is not for this. Tonight he will not plead to get an answer. Tonight he will get the action done. Drawing in a long breath pushed Wolf and continued "just make a choice. You stay all night then you come to bed.....if not then......." trailing on he left Wolf with an open threat.

What do you do in a situation such as this? Do you let your lust rule you or you think practically? Oh, the dilemma. Wolf was perplexed, standing there in the middle of the room.Deciding on what to do, he turned around and started walking towards the window.

Strike three and you are out.

Though he was intruped in mid step by his lover's voice. "So, you are leaving? Do you-"

Knock knock.

The tap had belonged to someone outside the window.

The person was revealed to be a fellow ANBU. Wolf made his way over the window sill when Iruka's cold voice resonated in the quiet of the room " when you come back....d-don't come over h-here. You are no longer invited here". His voice cracked in places, displaying his emotions quite freely much to his displeasure.

Wolf stiffly nodded and said "I understand.....Bye." And just like that Wolf disappeared without a second glance along with his junior.

This was short. Well, if you noticed that the A/N is after the chapter. Yay.....

●The second one is that...yes I know I promised that the update would be today and you wouldn't believe that watpad choose yesterday to delete half of my chapter. So you can imagine......
