'If these tears could speak for my repentance, probably then Iruka might take me in, no he would probably just look the other way if he saw how weak
Temtations are individualistic attributes. In simpler words temptations that lures one, would probably not work with the other. A hungry man might not give into the temptation of greed for a pot of gold. Most of the times we end up surrounding ourselves with the things that tempt us the most.

While fates have a clever (cruel) way of dealing with people. You never know when giving into your temptations would prove to be selfish and when taking the opportunity would be rewarded.

Kakashi was in this sort of stiuation. Afterall heart breaks come and go, but a deluded sensei wouldn't come to be ever again. He could go back and be with Iruka....wake him up and comply to all the demands that the sensei might make, moral or immoral.

It's a very rare opportunity that would probably never come in front of Kakashi. After all Iruka might never, intoxicated or otherwise would want to be with Kakashi. Under the guise of him, Kakashi could have Iruka, even if for a short while.'No. its about principles...not about opportunities.'

Tears had slowly dried in Kakashi's eyes, the sorrow and pain were his own creation- really his own. Now only thoughts of other meaningless tid bits are tangling upon themselves like a messy ball of yarn.

What puts him off the most is the fact that his sensei remembers his alter ego, only. Does he not see the similarities? Does he not see how considerate and sweet Kakashi is towards him? Why does Iruka only remember that him and not him? How could it be possible that he doesn't even consider him as an option? As the dog who cant catch his tail, these thoughts spiraled in Kakashi's over and over.

Slight shift in the wind drew him out of his head and turned to see Iwashi looking at him with some concern. The reason was clear, it was not for his tears which had obviously made marks on mask but for Iruka whom he had put to sleep with such difficulty.

Nothing needed to be said, Kakashi was already on his way to see the reason why his team mate was so concerned. Turns out that the situation was serious. Iruka, who was left sleeping had escaped from the open tent, which was clearly due to the emotional exit that Kakashi had taken. Sensei was still in the haze of the asphordisiac though now he could at least recognize who the people were which made the situation even more awkward and hard to resist.

Iruka was bouncing between his teammates, inspecting them. Searching for something, or was it someone? Kakashi didn't want to be so hopeful afterall his tears had just dried and he really didn't feel like destroying his image of aloofness by showing his vulnerable side to his teammates. Iruka was spectacular as he danced, yes danced because there is no other way to describe it.

He moved close to the men , almost wrapping himself on them as if they were a pole and then would frown, pout, go still and then jump back three paces as if shocked of his own actions. In this series of steps he inspected both the members, and presumably did so to Iwashi as well before he came to get Kakashi. His steps were as cautious as they were seductive. This beautiful dance was definitely to seduce the correct suitor. Iruka sensei was clearly running on instincts. The dance flattered for a bit, it was like he remembered something but couldn't place his finger on it.
