Chapter 2

/ Aaron's Pov \

I saw her stomach and it looked completely hollow! You could see her bones and her heart faintly beating.

I gasped and she immediately put her hoodie down. "What- How- When- Why- " I kept ranting on with my questions and after a few minutes she got up and walked out of the room.

I got up after her and started to walk out when my Beta mind-linked me.

"You bro what's up?" I asked.

Garroth, my Beta, sighed and I bet he rolled his eyes. "The girl we found in the woods is here in the living room. She looks shaken up and horrified. What did you do to her?" He asked.

I grunted and shook my head. "That girl is skinny as hell and I dont know why. I think Jackson and them starved her the whole time, but why? I kept trying to talk to her before I found out and she just crouched down more in her little 'hiding spot'..." I said.

Garroth gasped and I became worried. "What! What happened?" I practically yelled.

"She tried to open the door but when she found out it was locked she punched the wall..." Garroth said shaken up a bit.

I sighed and shook my head. "So? What's the problem?"

Garroth sighed. "She made a huge crack in the wall, going up and down cracking a bit of the ceiling and floor. (Tile floor) And there was a huge 'crack' sound after she punched it.

Crap! I ended the mind-link and ran out of the room to the living room.

I turned the corner and saw the girl looking faint on her knees with her hand hanging limp to the side.

I looked at her for a split second and then she collapsed completely.

Garroth caught her before she hit the ground and I ran over to her. "What happened!?" I nearly yelled at the other wolves.

They all looked up at me and their ears went flat on their heads. Ugh... I didn't mean to do that...

Garroth stood up with the girl in his arms and walked out the door shaking his head.

Ugh... I ran out the door and walked with him to the nurse.

We walked by the library and saw the Librarian. I waved and said hi and she did the same. I smiled and put my hand down.

"I would love to stay and chat but I gotta get this girl to the nurse..." I looked down at her and stroked her hair for a second.

The Librarian looked over to the girl and gasped. "Do you know her name!?" She said fast-walking up to us."

"Oh, umm... No actually. We never shared our names yet... I kind of forgot... Hehe..." I smiled apologetically and scratched the back of my head.

The Librarian sighed deeply and shook her head. "I uh... Have to go... Read! Yea read! Ill see you guys later and we'll talk over some coffee." She said and ran off fast I to the library and locked the door.

I looked over to Garroth who had a confused look on his face. He shook his head and started walking again towards the nurse.

About 5 minutes we finally arrived and we walked in. The nurse, Anna, looked up from her desk and sighed.

"What brings you guys here... again...?" Anna said with attitude.

I rooled my eyes. "No need for the attitude Anna." I sighed and crossed my arms.

Anna giggled and told Garroth to get her on one of the beds. He obeyed and put the girl down.

Anna walked over and started to work on her hand. About 30 minutes later she finally finishes and turns towards us.

"What. Happened to her?!" She practically screamed at us.

Garroth's ears went flat on his head and I shook my head. "Apparently she punched a wall, cracking some of the floor and ceiling, and then her hand was like that heh..."
