Chapter 19: Savannah Marie Jonas

Savannah Marie Jonas was born the same day as Abby and Nick's son Harry Nicholas Jonas. Savannah weighed 7 pounds 9 ounces and is 21 inches long while Harry weighed a whopping 8 pounds 8 ounces and 19 inches long. I didn't expect to have her so early but she wanted to share a birthday with her new cousin, she looks exactly like Hannah did when she was born. Savannah has the dark curly hair and big dark eyes like Hannah, she has my nose and the roundness of my face. "She's so beautiful." Joe whispered to me giving me a kiss on the forehead. "She looks exactly like Hannah." I replied back. For our recovery, Abby and I were in the same room. Harry looks exactly like Jerry, with his curly hair and dark eyes as well. Denise and Kevin Sr brought Hannah and Jerry in to see their newest sibling as well as Dani, Kev and the girls. "Here's your little sister Savannah." I told her as she was put beside me. "Savannah?" She asked. "Yes that's very good." Joe replied. "Gosh she looks like Hannah." Denise said to me having her turn to hold her. "She does indeed." I replied back smiling at her. Alena and Valentina were so excited to have two brand new cousins to play with, they were like little mothers when they were around. "Have you and Kev thought about having another baby?" I asked Dani. "Yeah we have, we have been trying to work through our busy schedules." She replied. "That's good, you guys always make cute babies." I replied back. Denise, Kevin Sr, Kevin and Danielle all held Savannah and Harry as well as Alena, Valentina and Hannah. We all four stayed again and went home the next day, I was excited to be home with Hannah and the family. It was going to be different to transfer from 1 child to having 2 children both 15 months apart. Joe and everyone helped out with Hannah while I  tended to Savannah and vise versa, when Savannah slept I took care and played with Hannah. If they both were awake, then I enjoyed cuddling with both of  my girls and Joe of course. Hannah absolutely loved her little sister, she was always giving her hugs and kisses and helping me care for her. She kept saying "baby sister" over and over while either pointing to her to hugging her. I couldn't wait to see what their bond would be like when they got older, I hoped they got along  very good with little to no fighting but being that close in age would probably have a factor in it. Jerry didn't know what to think of Harry when he was brought to see him but once he was home, he finally warmed up to him. He helped out as much as he could like a good big brother, he did the same thing as Hannah and it was so adorable! All four of them and Alena and Valentina would have an amazing childhood growing up together. I'm pretty sure they all with cause some mischief as teenagers that will give is a scare or even a heart attack.
