Chapter 25

I was really surprised Perrie had given in so quickly. I mean, they all made it seem impossible to have her agree with you, let alone hear you out.

"I miss him. A lot. A day without him is like a year without rain," Perrie said.

"Oh, I love that song!" I said.

"What song?"

"That's a song by Selena Gomez."

"Oh, I've heard of her, I think. She's pretty big in Hollywood...Can you sing me that song?"

"Um...no...I don't sing...sorry..."

"Come on, your brother's a wonderful singer, you've gotta be at least half-decent."

"I dunno..."

"Come on!"

"Maybe later..."

"Okay!" She hopped up, "I wanna go see Zayn."

"They have an interview...Oh, we can surprise him there!" I said.

"Perfect! I'm gonna go shower," She said, skipping towards the bathroom.

Still shocked from her apparently still strong love for Zayn, I went back into the living room. Jade came over and gave me a hug, "Sorry, love. I know you wanted to help your brother. She's really stubborn. Was she rude about it?" She said sympathetically.

"No...," I said, "She's in the shower now. She said she'll give him another chance and we're going to go surprise him at his interview." All 3 girls turned to stare at me.

Leigh-Anne spoke first, "You're kidding, right?"

"There's no possible way...," Jesy said.

"Yay Claud!" Jade cried, hugging me again.

"What did you say?" Leigh-Anne asked.

"I just told her what really happened."

"I told her that like a million times!" Jesy exclaimed.

"Are you a magician?" Jade asked.

"Nope."

"Then how did you get the most stubborn girl EVER to listen to you?"

"I dunno."

Perrie walked into the room wearing a varsity jacket that had to have been Zayn's at one point, and skinny jeans with black tennis shoes.

"Let's go!" She said, grabbing my arm and waving goodbye with her free hand, "PAUL!" She screamed, and he came out of the kitchen and joined us.

Paul pulled the car up in front of the studio where the interview was being held, "Let's go, girls," He said, and led us inside. He went to talk to someone, and came back a moment later,"They'll be done in 10 minutes, so you can surprise them then."

We nodded, and went to sit down.

"Perrie?!" Zayn exclaimed, running over.
