I Fell In Love With A Star

1 year later

"Come one! Come all! Today is a very special day. Where stars will be chosen to live and explore planet earth!" Chief North said. Everybody shouted and claps their hands for the new chosen falling star. The contestants are so excited but as for me? Ehh not that much. This is like a beauty pageant. I read that in books here in starville.

Pageants are where girls or boys compete in beautiful dresses, suites and other stuff. But this pageant like thing is where we will show our skill or powers. If you have a rare kind of magic you will be chosen. Mine is shaping stars into something new. Like a charm, necklace, dress etc. I could shape it whatever shape I want.

But there is one girl who really has a very rare kind of magic. She can heal people, mend things, and make something shine! I have no chance, and that girl is no other than Universia Star. I don't know if I will be able to develop new powers today... but I'm hoping to have a really rare power. *sighs*

"Let's introduce our contestants!"

After the 4 contestants are introduced. It was my turn. I am so nervous but I need to be confident to get chosen.

"And last! But not the least! Galaxy Star!"

Once I heard my name I went out the back stage and saw a lot of people cheering for me. Including my family.

"GO GALAXY! WOOO! WE LOVE YOU SWEETHEART!"

My mom shouted and I was a bit embarrassed but I don't need to show that right now.

Now is the time that we are going to show our magic powers, each contestant has a rare power, I'm really scared that I may not be chosen.

It's now Universia's turn... and everyone was amazed. I can never beat her, especially a girl like Universia. It is now my turn I really hope the judges will be impressed.

I started getting a star and shaped it into a flower and put it on the back of my ear. I reached for another star and shaped it into a beautiful gown. I wore the gown and I floated and shined at the same time! I don't know what was happening until I changed form. I was a bright yellow skinned girl with blonde hair and blue eyes. Now I am a girl who has light blue skin, dark blue hair and yellow eyes. I am a blue star! The most rarest star you could ever imagine! My gown turned into blue with yellow stars on the bottom. I also have a crown which means I am a princess....

I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS!

I pinched myself several times but nothing worked. Every pinch hurts. I am a princess which means... I have a prince on planet earth... and I should find him. I slowly touched the ground and looked at the judges and the crowed. They all looked shocked! Especially Universia. No one ever expected to have a new princess after 20 years of declaring the 3rd princess of the stars. My mom cried and my dad is so proud.

I felt the flower on my ear and got it. When I saw the flower, the petals turned into crystal blue! I was so mesmerized on how beautiful it is. I took the flower down the stage and plant it on the ground. Once I planted it, it sprouted into a very beautiful crystal tree. Everyone clapped because of my magic. I am so proud of myself.

It is now the time where we are going to know who will be chosen to be a falling star. Everyone in the crowd was nervous. I saw Universia's face. She is nervous and at the same time confident. She is irritated on what she saw earlier. She knew that she has no match for the Princess Of the Stars. I, Galaxy Star, is the 4th Princess Of the Stars!

The Starnouncer got up on stage and got the mic.

"Ladies and Gentlemen! Here is the result of who will be the next chosen falling star for this year!" The starnouncer paused and opened the envelope.

"And the winner is!

*Drum Rolls*

Galaxy Star!"

I was so shocked, I cried tears of joy. Everybody cheered for me. I went to the starnouncer's side and got my trophy. I was so happy that I won. I have no words to describe how happy I am.

Planet earth, prepare to meet the Princess Of the Stars.
