Chapter 6

The next morning. We all wake up and eat breakfast, but dad and Sarai didn't come down.

"Do either of you know why your dad and step mom aren't here?"

"Nope." Alex and I say at the same time.

"I will go and check through." Alex says.

Alex gets up and leaves and we all are quite and turn on our mind connection. Alex turned his on, but it seems that Dad and Sarai don't have theirs on.

They are probably just sleeping or something.

It was silent for a moment. We knew that he was walking in to their room and he turned off the mind connection.

Why did he turn of mind connection?    I wondered. Which everyone heard.

No idea.   Ivy responds.

Wait he turned on his mind connection, but it feels different.

That's because me and you have our own brother sister mind connection.     He tells me.        You need to come up here to dads room.

Is he ok?

Just come up here.

Ok. I am coming.

"Why did you turn off your mind connection." Noah askes

"No time to explain I go to go." On walk out the room and up to my dads room and walk in to the room.

"What's going on?" I ask.

"We have to take them to the hospital. Someone poisoned them at some point." Alex tells me.

We take them to a wolf doctor and turns out if we would have brought them a hour later they probably would have died. Sarai's baby fine. So we are pretty lucky today. They will be able to go home tonight.

Once Alex and I get home we get dressed for school and meet with the pack. We are just going to train after school instead of before.

Once we arrived at school we are a little early so we just hang out. Apparently there is a new girl coming today. Alex and I then head to class and we see the new girl.

We go over to her. To introduce our selves, but before we can...

"Mate" I hear Alex and the girl say at the same time. The class stares at them two. After a minute of silence I decide to break it.

"So... what's your name?" I ask her.

"Trinity. What's y'all's names?"

"Well I am Maya"

"And I am Alex." Alex tells her then turns to me. "You don't mind if we sit with her today right?"

"Of course not. I am so happy you found your mate."

"I have a question."

"I have an answer." I respond.

"Are y'all two siblings?"

"Sadly." I say then laugh as my brother looks at me with a hurt expression.

The teacher walked in and everyone hurried to sit down.

"Hey class, we have a new student today, right?" Mrs. Murphy asked.

"Yes ma'am. My name is Trinity."

"Great, anything you want to tell us about yourself."

"Well I just moved here with my friend who will start school next week. He just wasn't ready to come today."

"Great lets start class now."

The next couple class nothing really happened, so skip to lunch.

I start walking to my packs lunch table when I hear my brothers voice in my head.

Hey do you mind if Trinity sits at the table with us.

Sure I don't mind. Have you asked the rest of the pack?

Yep but your mind connection was off so I had to ask you over our sibling one.

K. See you in a minute then.

We turn off our connection and I go to my table.

"Hey guys."

"Hey Maya." They say all together.

"So... what do you think of Trinity." Gabby askes.

"She seems nice." I respond.

"Are you not worried he will stop spending time with you?" Kai asks.

"Nope. Just because he found his mate doesn't mean he's gonna ditch me all the time. It's not like he can skip workout." I respond.

"Speaking of the devil." Blake says as Alex and Trinity walk over to us.

We all start laughing and Alex sits beside me and Trinity sits beside him.

"Haha very funny guys." Alex tells us then turns to me. " Hey, do you mind of we shorten the workout this afternoon, so I can hang out with Trinity. Please?" He gives my puppy dog eyes.

"Of course I don't care."

"Thanks. So much."

"Ya, thanks Maya, maybe we can go to the mall together one day." Trinity tells me.

"Maybe." I respond.

I turn on my mind connection.

Who all has there mind connection on.  I hear Blake say through our minds. Everyone but Alex says they are.

Ok since Alex's isn't on, are you ok Alice?  Blake says again.

Of course I am.

Just know I am here if you need me.

The lunch bell rings and we start to leave.

"Hey sis, I will see you in class. I am going to walk Trinity to class."

"Ok, see you in class." I say.

And that's how the rest of the day goes everything is about Trinity. Our work out was a short run and like ten minutes working out, then he left everybody ended up staying in the gym for twenty minutes before quitting.

"Hey, I am going to go on a run in wolf form." I say.

"Do you want anyone me to come with you?" Blake asks.

"No I am good by myself."

I start to leave but Blake grabs my arm. " Are you sure your fine?" He asks.

"Yes." I say.

"Ok. Have fun."
