Natural abilities: Can easily remember the exact time in multiple places around the world, but ironically are always late. (Just so they can say idiotic reasons.)
Quirk: When a clock is in the vicinity, (digital or not) when they turn it back, the time turns back with it. (Causes dizziness and vomiting. This ability can technically allow teleportation as they stay in the place they turn time back in.)
This quirk should probably only be used as a secondary quirk, as it isn't offensive. However if you can think of ways in which it can be then so be it.

Quirk (Idea 2): The ability to revert anything back to a state that it used to be. (Can decide what state, causes headaches but depending on how long ago it's reverting the pain from this varies. They don't need to be touching it, they simply need to know where it is.)
