Quirk: The ability to manifest into the victims fear as soon as their eyes connect, they gain enhanced abilities of said fear and it is NOT an illusion, meaning others can also see the victims fears. This makes it bad for group battles if the victim is afraid of something weak, however it can also be extremely powerful. (Causes some pain if morphing and can have some mental side affects for a few minutes otherwise. Can cause a headache also.)
