Natural abilities:
Raspy voice.
Gets dehydrated quicker than most.
Has black crow/raven wings instead of hands. (Can't fly properly, just glide. Can't write due to this.)
Lazy.
Quirk:
Sentient Hydra. (A dragon but when a head is cut off, two come back. Can cause dizziness due to the different sight as can see through it's eyes.)
Stronger near water.
Slight water control. (Enough to move it slowly from maybe 10m away but nothing more.)
