Alluring

The retaliation

Walking with Tay right now feels like walking on the edge of the world, at any moment New feels like he is going to fall off the edge with the slightest touch of the wind. Meanwhile, Tay sense that New is quite restless at the moment.

"New, is everything alright?"

"Uhm, what? Y-yeah..." New replied Tay, while his eye balls where going all over places hoping to find anything that can give him a lead...

"New~ you aren't paying any attention to me..." Tay said after for a while. They were having a lunch together.

"W-what? no I am... what makes you said that?" New asked, then again proceed on being cautious.

"See, thats what I mean... from this morning till now, all you do is looking away like you are trying to find something. is there something seriously wrong?"

"No... nothi -" New stopped at his track as he manage to get a glimpse of the mysterious hooded figure before it escapes New chasing eye...

"T-Tay, I think I'm gonna go right now... see you later..." as New said that he quickly get his bag and began to proceed walking away from Tay

Right now, all that matter is Tay safety... as he looked back once more, to their table. Tay was still sitting there, dumbfounded, speechless and dejected... Looking at Tay, a slight pull of heartstring can be felt on New chest. Like an abandoned puppy, Tay can only look at New who are farther away from him. As their eye meets for few second, New decided to continue his walk.

As he went to the designated area in his dream, New yelled...

"I know you are out there!" 

Then

Out of nowhere, three hooded figure appear. Two at his back and one on his front... After finally seeing it, New confirmed that they were all wearing a mask with a big black google. The time seemed to be standing still for them. 

1... 2... 3... 4... 5 New was actually counting in his head, waiting for his right moment to run away...

6... 7... 8... 9... 10!!!

With his pure wit, he run passes the guy infront of him... and so the chase begins. New run as fast as he can, but deep inside he knew sooner or later they are gonna catch up to him... so New decided to change his course... instead of one straight way, he makes a left turn. But bumped on a small guy in result making both of them fall. New didn't pay attention to the guy, only saying his sorry because when he looked behind, there was literally no one. Being more paranoid as ever, he quickly stands up and continue his run...

"New?" the small guy said as he see New run like the wind, then proceed on taking his phone out...

New on the other hand, had entered an old area inside their campus. The old area was going to be revamped into a new facility... After all the run, his tiredness begin to kick in, he quickly find his way and hide at the back of the abandoned waste container. He tried to control his breathing so it wont make a loud noise...

Calm down, calm down... I think I manage to ditch them off... New thought as he rest his shoulder... Out of nowhere, New suddenly shoved away and thrown into the open area...

"ugh!" New yelp in pain as the hooded figure surrounds him... brushing off the pain, he quickly stands up and ready to take the fight.

"What do you want!?" New asked while trying to look for something to aid him in his upcoming battle...
