It was finally time for the family of five to move into the Manor. Draco was given permission from the Headmistress to stay there on the weekends while the term was still ongoing. This meant, however, that Hermione and Draco were going to start being apart longer than they had been since they had been paired together. Hermione was nervous about being on her own in the place that had caused so many horrible memories, and Draco was upset that he wasn't allowed to stay with his family. He felt like he was going to miss important things. He wanted to be such a good father, and this was no way to start out.

Hermione took Draco's hand as they walked into the Manor together. Hermione soon realized that she would not be alone because Narcissa was standing right in the doorway with the largest smile on her face.

"Welcome home," She gave each of them a hug and then kissed the babies in turn. Hermione felt a sense of relief wash over her as she soon knew she would have an extra set of hands to help her while Draco was away.

"Thank you so much, Narcissa, for getting everything ready. It looks wonderful in here," Hermione looked around as they walked and noticed all of the changes that had occurred. It was bright and sunny in the Manor know, and she knew that she was going to feel at home sooner than she thought.

"You are welcome. I cannot wait to show you the rooms. I have done the entire east wing of the house for the two of you and your three little miracles. Of course, if you want to change anything, you are more than welcome. It just gave me something to do while I was waiting for my grandchildren,"

"I'm sure everything looks wonderful Mother," Draco kissed his mother's cheek, and the pair kept following her to their room.

It was a larger room with larger windows all around the room. It made the room bright and warm. Hermione instantly loved it. She felt like she was going to be able to relax in there easily.

"It is wonderful," Hermione didn't know what else to say. She was so awed by where she would be living that she couldn't stop looking around.

"Should we see the boy's room?" Narcissa led them across the hall where there were two doors next to one another, "On the left is Ara's room and the right is for the boys. I thought the closer, the better for them. I read somewhere that multiples thrive when they are near one another,"

"That was very sweet, mother, thank you," Draco was holding Ara and rocking her. Both had seen how much the three liked to be with one another, and they always slept better when they were near each other.

The boy's room had the cribs on opposite walls with nice grays on the wall Hermione liked, though she wasn't sure about the curtain that hung above the cribs. She smiled when Draco mentioned that it was like the room he had when he was a baby.

"Though everything I had was green,"

"Yes, but I didn't want to assume," Narcissa smiled at Hermione, and Hermione was thankful for that.

"Alright, Mother, I would really like to see my little girl's room," Draco loved his little girl. He couldn't wait to spoil her whenever Hermione wasn't watching.

Ara's room was really light and had big bay windows at the room's center with light pink curtains. Anyone would tell that a little girl was living in this room, and she was okay with going overboard for now. She did want to let them develop their personalities, though, and would change the room in a second if her daughter wished.

Draco sat in the chair with his daughter and rocked her back and forth, smiling the entire time. This was perfect, everything that he had always wanted. How was it that he had gotten it all before he had even graduated from school?

"Would you like to lay them down and then come down and have some lunch before you unpack your things?"

"That would be nice."

"So, how is the studying going?" Narcissa asked the couple as they had lunch.

"It is going well, Mother," Draco.

"How now that you are going to live here, Hermione, what are you going to be doing about school?"

"Well, actually, I have already accepted a job that will be starting at the end of the summer,"

"Really, that is wonderful. What are you going to be doing?"

Draco watched Hermione's face light up and then turned to see his mother's reaction as Hermione told her.

"Well, the Minister asked me to be his Deputy Head," Narcissa's mouth dropped open. Draco started laughing; never in her entire life would his mother have been caught in such an improper situation. He found it very funny. As quickly as she had let her mouth fall open, she recovered and was staring blankly at the two.

"That is wonderful. I cannot believe this," Narcissa really had no idea what to say.

"It was unexpected for us as well, but we just felt that it was too good of an opportunity to pass up," Hermione was worried that she disapproved.

"This is wonderful," Narcissa got up and hugged Hermione.

Later that night, Draco had to go back to the school to get ready for classes the next day. It was only a month away from exams, and he couldn't find it in himself to leave them. He just stood in the doorway as Hermione held their three children and read to them. They were so little still, not even three weeks old, and she was already reading complex literature to them. He loved it so much, and he couldn't leave.

Hermione paused her reading and looked up, "You have to go Draco, you don't want to get in trouble and not be able to visit at all. I will write to you every day. I promise. I will see you in 6 days. It will fly by. Just promise to try to concentrate on studying. Promise me?"

"I promise, love," Draco came into the room and kissed her lightly before holding each of his children one more time before leaving. This was going to be the worst month. He knew it was going to harder; he didn't know it would be harder than when He was living in the house. He didn't know it would take everything for him not to leave Hogwarts and never return. He wasn't ready, but it didn't matter. Life was taking a turn, and the family of five was going to have to take it in strides.
