Christmas Holiday

Everyone was finally home from the Christmas holiday, and Ara was excited to spend another Christmas with her new siblings. They were finally old enough this year to unwrap presents on their own and be excited about the fact that it was Christmas. She couldn't wait to see their faces when all of the kids came downstairs and saw all of the presents under the tree. She was also excited because she had asked her mother for makeup for Christmas this year. She wanted to wear it for the ball in a few days, and she hoped that she had gotten some. She wasn't sure if her parents would be alright with it, but she was almost 15 and thought she was old enough to wear it. Plus, she wouldn't go overboard; she just wanted to be like the women at the ball. Feel completely dressed up.

Hyperion and Scorpius were excited because a new addition broom had just been released, and they wanted to be the fast ones on their teams. Both were getting pretty good, and both being chasers, they kept their teams pretty evenly matched when they faced one another. Slytherin and Gryffindor had been going back and forth to win all year long. Gryffindor pulled out on top last year, and Scorp was hoping that Slytherin would win this year.

It was finally Christmas day, and all of the older children had been awake for a little while. Each was excited to see their younger siblings' faces when they came in and saw the tree all lit up and sparkling. It was always Ara's favorite part of the day. Hyperion always said it was seeing how excited mother got when they opened her gift to them, and Scorpius's favorite part was dinner at the Burrow. All three couldn't help but wonder what their younger siblings were going to like about Christmas.

"Good morning Nova," Ara picked up her little sister as she came into the room. Scorpius was soon to follow, picking up Carina, and Hyperion picked up Leo. It was Draco's favorite part of Christmas now. When he was a boy, it was about getting the most expensive stuff, but he was glad his children loved Christmas because they spent time together, not just the presents they received.

"Good morning, children," Hermione pulled all 6 of her children into a hug, and Draco kissed her head, and he walked by. It was an amazing sight, and he hoped that he would never forget it.

"Good morning, mother, Happy Christmas," Scorpius said with a smile. He still clung to Carina, holding her tightly as she looked at him, babbling about nothing. He loved his siblings, but he and Carina had formed a special bond. They all sat down for breakfast and started eating, talking about various things until they were all done, and then they went into the living room and started opening gifts.

Hermione and Draco had gotten all of their boy's cuff links and watches that matched. The older two boys were thrilled about the cuff links because that meant they were allowed to wear suits like their father to the ball in a few days. It was the first time they would be able to do that, and they were more excited about that than anything they had gotten. Of course, Leo didn't realize yet, but he would appreciate the fact that he had things to match with his older two brothers when he was older. They had also gotten all three girls matching necklaces, bracelets, and earrings.

"These are so beautiful, mother," Ara smiled and put the bracelet on herself before turning around and handing the necklace to Draco, signaling for him to put it on for her. "Thank you both," She turned back around after she felt the chain clasp together and kissed her fathers cheek.

"I am glad you like them, dear." Hermione pulled her children into another hug and tried to hold back the tears. She was so hurt when she heard that she would have to get married and have children so young, but everything had worked out, and all of her dreams had come true. She just hoped that her children would feel the same happiness one day with their own families.

"Thank you for everything, mother," Hyperion hugged both of his parents before the three oldest got up.

"Yeah, thank you so much. We are going to get ready for dinner," Scorpius adds.
