Crush

Jimin stood at the doorstep of Taehyungs house. The wind got colder and colder as he walked to the olders location. His teeth were clattering against each other as his body shivered uncontrollably. With one hand, he rang the doorbell to Taehyungs house and impatiently waited for the older to open the door.

Seconds later the door opened, revealing Taehyung wearing gray shorts and a plain white t-shirt. He had a towel draped around his shoulders as one hand was ruffling his hair.

"Jimin?! You're cold! Come in!" Taehyung grabbed the pink haired mans arm and yanked him inside, closing the door afterwards.

"Ah! You have a tight grip! Be gentle with me, I'm fragile" Jimin pouted as he rubbed his arm where Taehyung had his grip on. Taehyung quickly apologized and walked passed Jimin to sit on the couch.

Jimin saw that Jungkook was on his phone. "The usual.." Jimin thought as he took off his coat and hung it up on the coat hanger.

"So, what made you come here Chim?" Taehyung decided to break the silence, not looking at him since he was trying to find something interesting to watch on TV.

Jungkook looked up from his phone and saw Jimin sit beside him on the couch. "Ugh, I was bored at home and decided to come to visit for a bit. I also found a cute guy Tae!!" Jimin happily clapped like a child.

Taehyung looked at him and chuckled "Really? After two years?" Jimin nodded and rested his chin on the palm of his hands. Sighing and smiling as if he was daydreaming

Jungkook kept staring at Jimin. "Two years?" Jungkook asked. He was a bit curious as too why Jimin wasn't with someone for that long. He's very handsome and charming.  Sure, it could be because no one was interested but Taehyungs tone made the situation sound different.

Jimin just smiled and nodded, not wanting to tell the younger about his past just yet.

"Mhm. Something wrong with it?" Jimin questioned.

"Ah! No, no, of course not! Sorry for making it sound like it was a problem.." the younger chuckled and covered his body with the blanket.

Jimin just ruffled the youngers hair and giggled. "You silly bunny!"

"Hey!" Jungkook laughed as he was playfully trying to push the olders arm away.

Taehyung watched the two in silence. He did like that Jungkook and Jimin got along but something inside him clicked. 

"Um, Jimin...about the guy..?" Taehyung asked, catching the olders attention.

"Oh right! His name is Min Yoongi and he told that you and him are friends!"

"Min Yoongi? As in the one I met in Daegu??" Taehyung questioned and raised his eyebrows.

Jimin nodded happily and grinned.

"Hmmm, I never knew someone would be interested in that grandpa" Taehyung chuckled and ran his hand through his hair. This made Jungkook bite his lip from the sight.

"Grandpa?? Why grandpa out of all things Tae!?" Jimin huffed and stood up, smacking the top of his best friends head.

Taehyung yelped and placed his hand on top of his head, pouting. 

"Yah! You guys haven't even met in person and now you're acting as if you're a couple now!"

Jimin just rolled his eyes and went to sit back on the couch. His arms crossed over his chest.

"Anyways, what have you and Jungkook been up to lately?" Jimin asked as he looked at both Tae and Jungkook.

Jungkook blushed from that question. He didn't want Jimin to know that they almost kissed last night. That would be embarrassing. Well, to him at least.

"Not much, I was making soup until I heard cries in the living room. Turns out Jungkook was having a nightmare and I came to comfort him" Taehyung shrugged and looked at the TV.

"A nightmare? About what Jungkookie?" Jimin looked at the younger and saw him with a saddened expression.

"Jimin, let's not talk about it okay?" Taehyung butted in.

"But Taehy-"

Jungkook grabbed Jimins hand and squeezed it. He smiled at Jimin to indicate the older that there's no need to talk about it and that's he's okay.

Jimin understood and nodded, squeezing the youngers hand back gently.

"If any more nightmares happen kookie, please, let us know. We're here for you." Jimin said in a sweet voice and smiled, eyes forming crescents.

Jungkook hugged the older and whispered, "Thank you, Jimine..."

Jimin hugged back and swayed back and forth with the boy.

"No need to thank me!" Jimin chuckled and pulled away.

Taehyung cleared his throat and stood up.

"Chim, do you want something to drink?" Taehyung said as he pointed to the kitchen with his thumb.

Jimin ran his hand through his hair and nodded.

"Can I have water?"

Taehyung nodded and walked towards the kitchen.

"Sure."

"Thanks best friend!~"

Jungkook giggled. Their friendship was so cute.

Taehyung reached the fridge and opened it. Staring at the items in it but not moving a muscle. He didn't understand what was going on in his head. Was he seriously jealous when he saw his best friend and his patient interact? No, that can't be it.

He sighed and laid his head on the palm of his hand as he closed his eyes.

"I seriously can't be having a crush on Jungkook. He's my patient, my friend...nothing more..."

It did sting a bit when he said that they were nothing more than friends. I mean, the younger was beautiful. His eyes were doe and bold, his nose curved at the end..making it so adorable. His lips look attractive and pink. Taehyung shook his head aggressively. 

"Why was I stupid enough to lean in like that....damn idiot..."

He bit his bottom lip and grabbed the water bottle for Jimin. he closed the fridge and headed to the living to see the others, of course, talking to each other.

Taehyung tried to ignore it and handed the bottle to Jimin.

"Here.." He said in a low voice.

Jimin looked up and took the bottle.

"Thanks, Taetae!"

All Taehyung could do was smile. He couldn't be mad at his best friend. It's not like it was his fault that he was becoming jealous. 

He sat back on the couch and glanced over at Jungkook. The boy was smiling and laughing along with Jimin. Oh and how much Taehyung loved his laugh.

He sounded like a total angel.

Taehyung breathed out a breathy chuckle as he kept glancing at the gorgeous boy.

"I guess it's not bad to have these feelings. I mean...a crush isn't so bad..."
