After their work was done, Betty and Izzy rushed down the hallways, checking to see if any of the doors were unlocked, "Come on!" Izzy groaned in annoyance as she and her sister continued to check every door, only to find them all to be locked.
The two girls turned a corner to find a large door at the end of the hallway, "Wait, isn't that the door Ethel--" Izzy began to ask Betty, who immediately nodded.
They shared a glance before running over to the door. As they approached it, they heard a girl panting for breath before she screamed hysterically.
Izzy quickly grabbed Betty by the arm and she pulled her away from the door, "We need to get the hell out of here now!" Izzy told her in a hushed tone, "Check the doors all of them! One of them has to be unlocked."
Betty immediately nodded her head and the two girls began to check the doors. Finally, Izzy twisted one of the knobs and the door opened, "Betty," She called out and Betty quickly rushed over to her and entered the door.
There was a small opening, allowing them to see Sister Woodhouse pulling a girl out of the chamber, "Hush, child. Hush." She told her in a hushed tone as she dragged her away, the girl keeping her eyes locked on the door.
Once they were gone, the two girls exited the closet, walking back down the hallway and toward the chamber. Just as they were about to open the door, someone spoke up, "What do you two think you're doing?" Ethel asked them, causing the two girls to turn to her, "This area is off limits."
"Yeah, then why are you here?" Izzy growled, about to lunge at Ethel.
Before she could, Betty grabbed her by the arm, stopping her, "Ethel, I--" She began to say, "Do you know where the medical archives are? Sister Agnes sent us to fetch some files. I kinda got lost."
"Silly girls," Ethel smiled, "Only the infirm are allowed in the infirmary." She informed them and both girls nodded, "It's time to go back to our room now and Izzy has to go back to hers. While I'm watching."
"Okay," Izzy replied with an attitude, both her and Betty walking past Ethel.

Afterward, Izzy and Betty were in the rec room, searching for some type of bobby pin they could use to unlock something, "That," Izzy spoke up, gesturing to a paperclip holding together a pile of New Patient Intake Forms.
"Bingo," Betty replied, quickly taking the paper clip before putting it in her pocket.
"Hey, Betty, Izzy," Ethel called out, causing the sibling duo to turn to her, "Come play with us."
All the girls turned to them, causing both Izzy and Betty to share a look before turning to them once more, "Oh, no thanks. We're good," Betty replied and Ethel smiled.
"Betty, you said the three of us were friends," Ethel reminded her as the blonde girl stood with Izzy, who tried to open one of the doors, "And friends play together."
"Follow after me," Izzy whispered to Betty, frowned as Izzy took a step forward, "You want the three of us to be actual friends, Ethel? Huh! That's pretty odd since real friend don't kiss other friend's boyfriends," She paused as she turned to Betty, "Isn't that right, Betty?"
"Right," Betty replied, nodding her head.
"And real friends don't talk down to their friends and tell them that they have no one," Izzy added in as she pointed harshly at Ethel.
Ethel smiled, shaking her head as she stood up from her seat, "Well, on the subject of boyfriends, that's only because the Gargoyle King wants Jughead and I to be together."
